A study that attracted international attention gathered information from hundreds of students at Princeton University and UCLA.
The survey found that students who took notes using a laptop did not keep this information for a long time.
In contrast, according to the 2014 study by Pam Mueller and Daniel Oppenheimer, the students of handwritten notes have a better understanding of the information.
"I 've seen a lot of classrooms where the kids copy the whole blackboard in terms of course structure, plan and goals, and then you go up and ask, and he says, 'Well, I'm not reading, i'm just copying.
