The court also sought answers from courts such as major education departments and other Rajasthan Heights on Tuesday to endorse the complaint filed by the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyashram school, preventing the education authorities from taking any punitive action against the school.
Justice Manish Bhandari and a chamber judge of Justice DC Somani passed this order.
The high court also sought responses from secondary school principals, school education, primary school education directors and district education officials on the issue of Rajasthan schools (Fee Regulation)Act, 2016.
The affidavit submitted by the petitioner stated that the school had increased the cost as the school implemented the recommendation of the seventh remuneration committee.
"In addition to this, the state government provides only Rs 17,000 per student with the right to education, and the actual expenditure is more than that.
In addition, the student digital Committee charges Rs 200 per month.
"The trustees of the board of directors provide services without charging any fees," the affidavit states . ".
The petitioner also stated that the agency does not impose any grants on the state and, therefore, the fees act does not apply to the agency.
"A charging committee has been set up and the person nominated by the state government is the representative of the school in the committee.
In April 20, district education officials banned schools from increasing their tuition fees, but they were not entitled to do so.
"The Supreme Court has decided that schools can increase fees based on the services and resources provided," the affidavit said . ".
The affidavit submitted by the school of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyashram states that as the school implements the recommendation of the seventh remuneration committee, the school has increased the cost by 20.
