On Thursday morning, the PGA of the American show golf tournament was held at the Bellerive Country Club in the San suburbs.

According to GolfWeek's Eamon Lynch, the us pga employee who tried to access certain documents on Tuesday received a message saying: "Your Network has been hacked.
All files on each host in the network have been encrypted with a powerful algorithm [sic].
"Hackers also warned that any attempt to break encryption would cause the file to be corrupted.
For the sake of clarity, the us pga is a separate entity, not a PGA Tour.
The former is a non-profit organization composed of local teaching professionals from all over the country;
It runs the PGA Championship.
Professional players take part in the PGA Tour, with almost all other American players taking part. S.

Lynch said that the documents contain "creative materials for the Bellerive PGA Championship and the French Ryder Cup next month," including banners and logos used on the PGA Championship digital signage, and the development of the future logo of the Championship.
Some of the work has been going on for over a year and "cannot be easily replaced," Lynch wrote ".
The hacker also listed a Bitcoin wallet number.
Almost impossible to track.
But there's no specific ransom.
A source told Lynch that the PGA had no intention of paying any ransom.
S. PGA spokesman Jamie Carbone declined to comment Thursday on the continuing nature of the investigation.
She did say that no files for the PGA tournament were affected.
