One of the key elements to make you and your business successful is advertising.
Unfortunately, during the Super Bowl, most of us couldn't afford to buy ads or digital signage along Times Square.
In addition to mail and business cards, there is another way for your name and product to spread across the masses.
The best thing is that it's almost nothing to spend and your client will do all the work for you.
When I was in the mortgage business, I stumbled upon one of the best ways to promote myself and my business.
I always find it a good practice to say thank you to my customers by sending them some kind of thank you gesture to express my gratitude to them once the loan is over.
Over time I started to make more money and I had some extra money to spend on my high end clients to show them my gratitude for doing business with me.
Not that I spent a lot of money on my clients, just a few more dollars at the end of each loan, it seems fair.
Then something unusual happened.
I have a couple who have just settled in their first home.
About the time they had just moved into their new home, I sent two of them a gift basket to their esteemed workplace.
They were so excited to die when the gift basket arrived.
Of course everyone in their office is curious to know where the gift basket came from and who sent it, and of course my customers are happy to tell them everything about me, everything I did for them
This has led to many problems from onlookers.
Several of their colleagues
Just happened to have workers applying for a mortgage on the market and they asked if they could get my information and I was happy to give it up.
Think about it, when people in your office receive flowers, balloons or gift baskets, aren't you curious who sent most of us?
With this gesture alone, I closed two more loans.
Of course, when the two loans ended, I did the same thing with the gift basket and had the same effect.
Then I realized that I could really get the technology to work for me.
Not only do I send the gift basket at the end of the client's loan, but I also send a gift basket when the loan is approved and their assessment.
It took me three times to try to get the attention of their entire office.
Be sure to follow these ideas.
There is no better or cheaper way to get the attention of many people at the same time.
