It is wrong to oppose the setting of the electronic billboard.
Franklin spent about half.
Township prosecutor Luis N. $120,527 for "extensive discovery, three-day trial and appeal to the appeals Department"Rainone said.
Levin is the only member of Franklin's governing body who finally voted to allow such an electronic billboard.
Levine quoted the quarter as saying: "It's a lot of moneymillion-dollar figure.
"I can hire two policemen, or we can go to the park.
It's not worth it to me.

Opposition to allowing such billboards sparked a legal battle, with the Court of Appeal ruling this month that the ban would not violate the First Amendment.
One of the strongest supporters of the ban, MP Roz Sherman also said she did not recognize the cost of fighting for the ban as almost as high as the mayor suggested.
"It's not a million dollar quarter," she said . ".
Judge Marianne Espinosa, October
The appeals chamber of the state high court unanimously ruled that the electronic billboard ban could be established.
Township prosecutor Luis reinon said in his research that he could not find any other case of establishing a municipality to have that right. In the 40-page opinion —

Franklin's ban on electronic products is also included.
Espinosa wrote that this is neutral, placing restrictions in the same category, which is a permissible limit on the time, place or manner of the logo.

E & J applied for two discrepancies but was refused.
The Court of First Instance ruled that the refusal was properly dealt with, but that the injunction itself violated the Constitution.

They also have plenty of light. "He said.
Sherman said she felt that e-billboards were not safe: "I don't understand why this is the case if they don't want you to watch your phone or text.
But the mayor says he has never seen research showing that electronic billboards are more dangerous than any other.
He noted that the federal authorities allowed them to travel on the highway.
Levin also said the township could use the billboards to send emergency messages.
Sherman retorted
Like a lawsuit.
There are other emergency notification mechanisms in villages and towns, such as e-mail reminder systems.
In addition, she said, most people who pass exit 10 on Route 287 do not live in the town.
Levin said that when the proposal to allow such a billboard was first submitted to the Council, it was 7-2 in favor.
He said it was only changed after "extensive lobbying.
Sherman said that she and other relevant personnel knocked on the door of the residents to try to convince them that electronic billboards were an issue and asked them to publish them to the Council subsequently.
Both officials said that most people changed rapidly.
Levin said that despite this month's court war, he expects electronic billboards to become popular in the long run.
