One of the biggest deals in its history, Christie's digital systems is selling one of its projector product lines to the United StatesS. -
Headquartered in Rockwell Collins.
The Matrix series projectors produced by Christie's in Kitchener are used for simulation and training for aviation and military customers.
"It's a strategic relationship," said Gerry Lemos, president and chief operating officer of Canadian Christie's digital systems. said Tuesday.
"Due to this relationship, we will double our sales in this area. "The 20-
This year's deal requires Christie to continue manufacturing matrix production lines at Kitchener, with systems engineering, integration, services and support from Rockwell Collins.
Christie's is also responsible for developing the next generation on the matrix production line and is hiring 20 engineers for the project.
More than 700 people working full time
In addition to the contract staff, it's time for Christie's to be in kidina, Remers said.
