ETTHIS is a hurried transcript at 19: 00.

Host Mitchell: this is Jane weisres. Mitchell.
Live, and in a few minutes we have the latest news of the Jodi Arias trial.
What is the next step for a woman convicted of killing Travis Alexander?
But first, it's chilling. -
I mean, it's chilling. -
A few minutes ago.
Police murder trial
Does his separated wife predict that he will murder her like she actually died?
Wait until you hear what she told a friend a few days before she died. (Start Video)
Brett seacat is on trial for murder (via phone)
There was a fire, my wife--
She shot herself, but she was in the fire.
Unidentified male: a week and a half before the incident, she told a friend that you threatened to kill her.
SEACAT: What?
Joy trotnic, friend and colleague of Vashti
Worker: she said, "Do you think Brett will burn the house with me?
I looked at her and I said, "What?
You threatened to burn the house.
You threatened to make it look like she did.
SEACAT: that is, cattle (

I was surprised by this.
I said, "there are no children at home.
Man: did you hurt her? SEACAT: No.
Man: did you pull the trigger? SEACAT: No.
Did you kill her? SEACAT: No. No. (END VIDEOTAPE)VELEZ-MITCHELL: Wow.
This is a rather "no.
His wife Vashti Seacat died a few days later after slapping her husband with a divorce file saying "no.
Prosecutors say Brett SECAT, a former police officer and a CSI coach, shot and killed his wife while she was sleeping, then burned down their house with their two sons and was elaborateup.
Thank God, the sons are out.
Brett claims his wife set fire in person before she committed suicide, but listens to what she told her friends before she died. Extraordinary. (

Incredible things.
She also told Brett, the couple's marriage advisor. -
There he is, handsome movie star--
Threatened to kill her if she cheated.
You heard it just now.
But more.
There are many more.
What I want to know is. Will this ex-
In this case, the police and crime scene investigators were able to overcome all the evidence collection?
The evidence, including the gas on his trousers, was very high (ph)
And the suicide note allegedly forged.
What do you think? Call me, 1-877-JVM-SAYS. That`s 1-877-586-7297.
Reporting directly to CNN reporter Ted Rowlands, he appeared on the ground in Kansas for today's stunning testimony.
Ted, tell us one of the biggest surprises of the day.
Ted rowlands, CNN: today, Jane--
We didn't hear this on the show, but there was a friend, a colleague.
The worker standing in the stands today said that Vashti actually came to her shortly before her death and said that her husband Brett threatened her with this exact situation.
He said her husband said he would kill her and burn the house to make it look like suicide.
Very convincing testimony.
This is the eighth day of the prosecution case.
We expect them to end tomorrow.
And then it started defending us.
I think the only opportunity for the defense is if the ex-cop can stand up and somehow convince the jury that he did not. VELEZ-
Mitchell: There are a few things.
First, do you think he will be in court tomorrow?
Loranz: it may be tomorrow.
We believe they will start their case tomorrow.
Now they can start with him or finish with him. We don`t know.
They won't tell us.
But we know that we believe that this is the current plan and that he will act to save his skin.
He really has to do that because the evidence here is overwhelming.
This is only as the number of prosecution cases increases every day.
He must stand up and tell his story, and tell it in a credible way, and let the jury give him any chance. VELEZ-
Oh, my God. Shades of --
I'm not comparing him to the convicted person, it's just that we just went through this trial and we'll tell you a little bit more about a woman who got up and stood up for 18 days later.
If the man comes forward, who knows how long he will stand?
Who knows what he's going to say?
How will he explain that a friend of his wife said, "Oh, she predicts that he will kill her in the exact way she eventually dies "?
Brett is an ex-cop.
He was teaching crime scene investigation at the time of his arrest.
Like the crime he was accused.
His brother is a policeman.
His father is a policeman.
He has law enforcement in his blood.
Look at him when he finds himself interrogated. (

Unidentified men: things don't look so good, they are adding on top of that.
Brett, you have something to do with this. we need to know why.
Oh, no.
There`s no why. OK?
I did not. I love Vashti. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: Let's have a debate.
Does Brett's broad background in law enforcement give him a false sense of security? Was his law-
Law enforcement background, is this the ultimate alibi for him?
Start with Wendy Murphy, author of justice for some.
"Wendy Murphy, former prosecutor: Well, you know, Jane, I have to believe that he thinks he's going to have a good cover because he thinks he's smart and he's not going to be suspicious.
Might even get a little bit of relaxation from his friends.
But, look, there's only so much you can do to make [suicide]SIC]
Looks like a murder case [SIC]
Despite his hard work, do I think this is part of the reason for his failure?
He tried so hard to make it look like suicide that every little piece of evidence pointing to him became more important.
He tried it, but it was useless. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Okay.
Michelle suskaur, who defended the defense
This guy is in his restaurant, on the table in the restaurant, there is a document from the Power Point demo that outlines, well, how do you distinguish between killing and suicide, and the fire will make suicide and killing look like two different things.
What happened in the house at that time.
How guilty is this, Michelle?
Well, it sounds guilty, but guess what?
Don't you remember some of the guilty Internet searches we heard in the Casey Anthony case?
And guess what. . .
Jon reberman, HLN contributor: Oh, come on. So different.
She: She--
Do you know?
This is a different case, but this is the state side and we will hear from the defense. But, again. . .
Attorney Janet Johnson: Yes. SUSKAUER: . . .
That's what we have to say. This is a law-
Law enforcement officers who do not violate the law.
They will use this. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Jon Lieberman.
Well, you see, the problem is-
The problem is that his credibility will decline.
Seacat, he has to make a stand because they will try to admit some evidence that his wife has spoken about suicide.
He will have to stand up.
The problem is that you have to measure him against this marriage counselor who basically admits that.
A friend to his wife and all these very credible people, he will collapse on the Crossexamination. Mark my words.
His story failed.
There's no blood on his pants.
He was not injured, though he claimed he had entered the burning house, and, you know, he had walked by his ex. wife. It just --
There is no point in this. (CROSSTALK)VELEZ-
Janet Johnson?
To defend. JOHNSON: OK.
I have the perfect theory.
What they have to say is.
Not for him.
They have his statement, which is not a matter of excuse.
They had to say that she wanted to frame him and that she was going to commit suicide, put the evidence outside and send it to people to make it look like they killed her.
This is the only explanation you can give. It`s not bad. VELEZ-
Mitchell: unbelievable.
LEIBERMAN: OK.
Johnson: It's true.
The woman loves her children.
She won't commit suicide.
She's hopeful.
That's why she filed a divorce.
She is full of hope for the future.
Not someone who committed suicide.
Johnson: they will have to exaggerate the depression and possible mental illness.
That's what they have to do. . .
Murphy: There's nothing to play.
There is no one there.
You can't defend yourself out of thin air.
He won't say it because it will only make the jury hate him more and they will come back for revenge sooner.
He should sit there and smile and look like Ken of a dream date and see how it goes.
I agree with that, Wendy.
I do agree with that.
He could not testify in court. VELEZ-
Mitchell: You know what? He is good-looking.
He reminds me of Kevin Costner.
I just watched one of my favorite movies, "there's no way to go. "
This guy's pretty good, too.
Looks like Kevin Costner.
You know what they said-
People who look like defendants: they ran away with something.
Prosecutors noted that Brett SECAT did a series of very strange things a few days before and days after his wife's death.
He really burned some hard drives and claimed he was protecting his bank information and he asked a colleague
An old worker
School projectors with insufficient storage space. Check. All right.
Now, I don't know what we're looking at, but it's--here it is.
This is a note he found in his pocket. All right?
It said a few things: "One, calm down.
Her parents.
There are three more. everything is the truth.
"What exactly does this mean?
For this I will go to Alexis Weed, producer of "NANCY GRACE" at HLN.
"You're also on the ground in Kansas.
What is this mysterious note?
It says, "one, calm down.
And all kinds of other things.
We play over and over again
Explain the note found in his pants pocket.
Alexis weed, producer of nancy grace at Hln (via phone)
Yes, I found this note in my pants pocket.
Remember when the first police found him in the driveway, he was wearing only one pair of trousers. Saying "Calm-died/accident; her parents;
Everything of truth; no suicide.
"Jane, there are also three phone numbers listed above.
As far as we know, what the defense plans to say is that Seacat claims that he seeks advice from his marriage advisor on how to tell his child that their mother is dead. VELEZ-
But why?
I mean, it's not true.
Jon Lieberman, what exactly does that mean?
What exactly does this mean?
"First, the calm sprint died in a car accident.
Her parents. No.
3, it will appear in a second, "everything is the truth.
"It sounds like it doesn't even make any sense.
Leiberman: No.
It seems to me that this reminds him of what to say to investigators when he is asked.
That's how I feel.
This is the note he wrote himself to perform during the interrogation.
You will remember that he had no feelings in his first conversation with the sheriff.
He has no mood at all.
Then he showed more emotion in the interrogation room.
You have been playing some of these clips.
So his behavior is very unstable.
Very inconsistent.
But one reason I think he will come forward is because he does believe he can manipulate the rest of the system because he is one of them. VELEZ-
Mitchell: whose gun is this?
Whose gun are we looking?
Leiberman: The gun we're looking?
I believe this is his gun.
I have to check again.
But if you still remember, the way that the gun was found was also under her torso, and if she did commit suicide, it was almost impossible for the gun to fall under her as it was found.
It's obviously staged. VELEZ-
Mitchell: that's his gun.
More on the other side. (

Mitchell: Weed, you're the producer of "Nancy Grace" by HLN.
"You are on the ground of Kinsman [SIC], Kansas.
What do you know about guns?
The gun we 've been seeing was found in Vashti's room and was also found dead at the beginning of the fire?
Of course, her husband, who is now on trial, claims she committed suicide with a gun.
But what did you learn? WEED: Right.
So this gun, which was mentioned just before the break, was found hidden under her, which is impossible if she shot herself.
Police Chief Mark Holloway testified that Seacat told him that Vashti had committed suicide and that he walked into the bedroom and picked her up. after the gunshot wound, Seacat picked up Vashti physically.
So the defense could argue that if he picked her up, the gun might fall under her.
This is one of the ways they can take. VELEZ-
Mitchell: It's interesting.
Now, an expert witness says petrol was found on Brett SECAT's pants.
Gasoline is obviously a catalyst.
The house is on fire.
They had a trace of gas on the upper floor of the fire house.
So this is pointing to him, right?
Okay, if the prosecutor can prove it was the fire he put, then the game, settings, match?
Listen to 911. (

My wife is upstairs.
I have to go upstairs and get her out.
What is your phone number?
SEACAT: 316---
Oh, there's smoke everywhere. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: look at this.
Brett SECAT has no blood on him.
He had blisters on his feet, and some, where there was a little burnt hair at the back of his calf.
Remember, there's gasoline on his pants.
So let's debate.
Let's take a look at all the evidence and decide, is there a smoking gun inside?
Starting with Jon Lieberman.
Leiberman: I don't think gas must be a smoke gun, but it's like a mystery, and the prosecutor has every mystery here.
So I don't think you can point to one thing and say, "This is a gun for smoking.
"But you have his statement.
There's something wrong with your gas.
He has no blood.
His schedule did not add up.
I mean, over and over again.
It's a fake suicide note.
I mean, in general, I think this person is done. VELEZ-
Mitchell: look at Michelle suskaur.
He had only a little burnt hair on his calf.
If you run on the stairs and there is indeed a fire.
According to him, the woman had just committed suicide and fell down, but she managed to trigger a fire that was out of control and he went in and tried to save her.
But, oh, no, he estimated she was dead.
"Let me go for my two sons.
"Wouldn't he be burned even worse?
SUSKAUER: Yes. He could be.
I mean, it depends on where the fire is. He`s --
They will try to attack by bringing this in.
They will try to attack the way evidence is collected. And he --
Look, they're going to have to publish his facts and have to try to pre-plan that.
But, again, he is a law enforcement officer who will definitely come forward when he comes forward and they will talk about the fact that it is a person. . . VELEZ-
Mitchell: Wendy. SUSKAUER: . . .
A person dedicated to public service.
He did not do so. VELEZ-
Mitchell: come on.
Wendy, listen to me.
Smirk. Giggling. It`s going to. . .
Murphy: that's what I said.
If he came forward and said a word about oral sex, I would resign.
I just want to make it clear. VELEZ-
Mitchell: What are you talking about?
Ladies and gentlemen, let's keep it clean.
But how does he explain it? I think --
This is my personal opinion.
I think he felt like he had a pass from the start of growing crops, and he was ingrained.
His brother is a policeman.
His father is a policeman.
He is a policeman.
How did he become a CSI coach?
I think he just thinks everyone will believe his words.
He explained everything. OK.
So the day before his wife died, he was using a projector with a card that looked like a fake belonging to his wife. OK?
Someone went to his office to ask him a question.
In fact, I'm just investigating social insurance fraud, he said.
"You know, I think he has an answer to everything. . .
He is doing his job.
But he actually admitted. . . VELEZ-MITCHELL: Job? Let`s see. . .
Wait a minute. He is a law-
Law enforcement officersOK?
So it can run in two directions.
He can say, you see, that he's planned, or that he's a civil servant and he's not going to do that, depending on what the jury is going to buy.
He's bullying--
His words, his words, he confessed to bullying his wife the night before the murder. No. 1.
Second, he admitted that other documents had been forged.
He just said, oh no, I didn't fake the suicide note.
This guy has no credibility and I'm sure this woman will get justice here.
Johnson: he will do better. VELEZ-
Mitchell: we have more debate on this issue on the other side.
Very controversial case.
Come on, give you a special treat.
I got caught and spent the night in jail. Yes. (

SEACAT: I would be smart if I wanted to kill my wife ---
I could have figured out a better way than that. This is (

That's what a madman does.
Not necessarily, you know. Crazy in love.
Crazy for his kids
SEACAT: Don't try to turn things around.
No, I'm not. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: So he said, basically, oh, why--
You must be crazy to do all these sinful things.
I was wondering if he was using reverse psychology, like, "Well, I can do all these things because no one in their right mind would do all these sinful things.
"I want to go back to Ted rowland.
You're on the ground.
You appeared in the special testimony today.
Even the defendant admitted that there was a lot of dangerous signals pointing to him.
What is the biggest red flag?
Roland: Well, I'm telling you that the biggest one published in court today is another testimony from a friend, Jane, which says, "The point is blank ", "She came to me and said she was worried because her husband threatened her with the situation.
I said I 'd kill you.
I'm going to burn the house. I'm going to make it like a fool.
"It's a dramatic moment in court today.
The witness did not want to be identified.
All the witnesses in this case have the option, whether they want to be recognized on the camera or even have their audio.
The witness didn't want to have anything to do with it, so the camera was turned off and the audio was turned off, but it was a dramatic moment.
I have to tell you in court that he is one of those dedicated people. He`s got his --
His computer is broken. The court is very small.
Both sides have his testimony.
His screen is separate.
He looked up, rolling.
He is very engaged in his own defense. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Oh, after his wife died in the fire and all the fires, he also said some guilty words to the daycare workers.
He went to the daycare worker and he said something guilty.
Do you know that?
Loranz: I don't know.
I haven't seen it yet.
I just came today, so I don't know that. VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes. No, no.
Roland: But you can add it to the list. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Ted, you can add it to the list.
This is for sure.
I asked you this question.
His wife told this to a friend.
Did the friend explain how his wife knew it? -
Is there a terrible sign?
In other words, he said. . .
She said it was a direct threat. Yes.
Yes, she said it was a direct threat and there was another person in the room, another employee at Cox Communications.
So, we haven't heard from that person yet.
As the prosecution closes their case, we may do so tomorrow.
But when you add it to another friend we see talking about the video of the same scene, it's incredible.
I mean, this is a very strange scene. The house is on fire and committed suicide.
He is doing basic work.
He threatened her with this exact situation and she was also talking about it a few days before her death. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Well, yes, I just checked and found out that he was talking to these daycare guys for his two 2 and 4 year old sons, and he told these teachers, "Oh, I told my wife that she would not take my children away and that if she did, she would never see them again.
"It's crazy now, too.
For example, why do you say something so guilty unless you want to be caught on a subconscious level?
You know, the subconscious mind usually does something completely different from the conscious mind and trips over the conscious mind.
That's why we sometimes have ourselves.
Because our unconscious is thinking about what we don't even know we're thinking.
I think what's going on here?
We have more on the other side.
We will also discuss the breaking news of the jody arias case.
We were with our producer, who took the whole trial in court.
We have received some new information about Jody Arias.
But first, there's more to this incredible case. (

"He managed to run away with his two young sons and ended up saying, well, she hit herself in the head.
She committed suicide.
His wife.
She gave him a divorce a few days ago.
Did she commit suicide?

Woman: she has made great progress.
The symptoms were so obvious that she said she felt better than she had been for years. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: Let's discuss it with our panel of legal experts.
She is at a critical moment of divorce, and there is a lot of pressure to raise two young children during divorce.
Her husband accused her of cheating him.
She went through a lot.
Will she commit suicide or, as someone has said, it's a ridiculous eye --rolling story?
Starting with Wendy Murphy.
Wendy Murphy, former prosecutor: look.
My answer is that even if she committed suicide, it is clear that she did not commit suicide, there is no evidence to suggest this, and there is no such thing at an important time.
There's so much evidence against this man.
The problem with this case is, in terms of why I laugh every time we try to debate, there is nothing to argue about, because everything points to his guilt ---
Everything.
Yes, he might say, well, because I went to the gas station the day before, there was gas on my pants.
OK, but it was also found that gasoline was used as a fuel aid.
Oh, by the way, 40 minutes before you call 911, the two neighbors hear the gunshots.
I mean, I don't know how you could have a stronger case.
He has a motive, an intention, a chance, you know, this is--(CROSSTALK)VELEZ-
Mitchell: Janet-Murphy: --
His arrogance, his arrogance is not good for him because he thinks he will be smarter than everyone, but he doesn't. VELEZ-
Janet Johnson?
Janet Johnson, criminal defense lawyer: there is a way to make the case more intense;
If he did, it would be that he did not.
So from a defense point of view, all you have to do is accept what you can't deny and what you can't accept.
Obviously, you know, she's under treatment.
She had a feeling of suicide in the first place.
I'm sure an expert will say that.
We haven't heard the defense yet, so we don't come to the conclusion that she is in a state of calm because she is going to commit suicide.
I think even if we turn a blind eye to it, the best defense is that he's a CSI coach and that's the best defense he can come up?
It's ridiculous, but it's also ridiculous because it's a stupid plan. VELEZ-MITCHELL: Ok.
Murphy: that's stupid. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Well, I mean, that doesn't really explain the problem.
If this guy was a CSI investigator, why did he make so many mistakes?
Why did he fake in the office the day before the murder?
Why did he ask his colleagues?
The worker asked for the torch so he could light the hard drive?
When it comes to fire, why did he leave out a PowerPoint demo manual on the difference between suicide and homicide?
Almost sick self.
If you believe in prosecution, it's destructive.
Michelle suskauer, criminal defense lawyer: of course.
And, you know, look, this is a very difficult case for the defense.
There is no doubt about this.
But, again, drive home and they will come up with the fact that ---
They will definitely have an expert who will say that you can go up and you can go down when you have depression.
If you have an idea of suicide, maybe you are sharing it, maybe you are not sharing it. (CROSSTALK)VELEZ-
Mitchell: Jon Lieberman, hurry up?
Jon reberman, HLN contributor: You see, you can pay the experts to say anything.
But we saw a lot of cases where police were charged with murder.
They have emotions like everyone else, and most of the time their emotions do get the best results, even though they have years of experience or how much research they do in theory.
Killing can be emotional.
This is what you see here.
So he made so many mistakes. VELEZ-
Mitchell: of course, this is the hardest time. -
The hardest time for a woman is when she says "I'm leaving ".
"This is the most dangerous moment for a woman.
She said it is most likely to be a victim of intimate partner violence.
Murphy: But Jane, that's not the reason to stay. VELEZ-
Mitchell: of course not.
Murphy: that's not the reason to stay. VELEZ-
Mitchell: I said, go out and call your lawyer while you're in another state.
Murphy: get a gun. Get a gun. VELEZ-MITCHELL: No. MURPHY: Yes. VELEZ-
Mitchell: I said, leave the city and call a lawyer and have your lawyer tell your husband or boyfriend that it's done.
Don't be in the same house.
Ted rowland, my understanding is that, by quoting him, bullying her to keep him there, even though she's leaving him, he's not sleeping in the same bed, but downstairs, you know, kind of like in--
I don't want to talk about the kennel, but let's talk about it.
Ted rowlands, CNN. right. Well --
He should have gone out.
The court ordered him to go out, but he persuaded her to let him stay and sleep on the sofa.
Then he said that she called him from upstairs with her mobile phone and said, get up and pick up the children because they were in danger, just then he found the fire.
But according to the court, he shouldn't even be in that house. VELEZ-

This is my explanation.
He's in law enforcement. he's used to it. -
Let me tell you what I mean when you see me in jail for a night.
When they say to do something, you do it.
They said jump. How high do you say?
So he's used to being obeyed.
So he said no"Right? "No".
So he thought everyone would accept that. Yes, sir. "No".

Jodi arias, the convicted murderer: Well, I can't answer that I don't know if I'm going to turn myself in.
I think I will, because that is the right thing to do.
On the other hand, it's--
Can you imagine giving up your freedom willingly?
This is a difficult decision to make. (END VIDEO CLIP)(

Mitchell: We 've all been in the trial of jody arias.
Now, Selin Darkalstanian, our own senior producer, has brought us breaking news.
She was in court throughout the trial.
Next, we will get the news from her. (

Arias: I'm ready to meet my creator, but if that comes ---
Audience: Justice of Travis.
Justice for Travis(END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: a whole new message was provided tonight at the jody arias trial.
We are only a few days away from knowing whether Jody Arias will stand in front of the new jury to determine whether she was born or dead.
Of course, Jody was convicted of premeditated murder for brutally killing her ex-boyfriend.
But her fate is still in the air. That`s right.
We still don't know if we will go back to the trial, and it will take another 18 days. (

Arias: when he (

The face and candy were thrown on my way and left without saying a word and it felt like I was a prostitute.
I was going to kill myself.
I don't know what to think.
I just want to die.

Oh, my God.
This is so demeaning. I like it. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: say directly to our own senior producer, Serin dukarstan, that you 've been on the whole trial in court.
What is the latest?
Selin darkalstanian, senior producer at HLN: "The Republic of Arizona" briefing said Jennifer Wilmot actually had a conflict with the date of the trial.
Please keep in mind that when everything is over, the judge said we will be back here on July 18 to review the case.
But now the Republic of Arizona reports-
They reported that her defense lawyer, Jennifer Wilmot, had other things to do and could not start the trial that day, so it was likely to be delayed again.
So it won't start in July after all.
But keep in mind that we will meet in a little more than two weeks before that.
We will go back to the court to learn about the initial decision made by the prosecutor. VELEZ-
Mitchell: unbelievable.
So, if they really decide, who will know when.
Can they find another jury, especially after Jody's conviction said this in Good Morning America? (

What do you think of this jury?
Obviously, they don't think too much about you.
I want to know what you think of them.
I don't know. I feel --
I think they betrayed me a little.
I don't hate them.
I just really want them to see what's real and I don't think they see it. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: Let's have a debate.
What happens next? Predictions --
From Wendy Murphy.
Murphy: Look, I predicted it, right on my website, Wendy Mulo.
Com, in an article after the judgment, this will not continue on the 18 th, because the defense will put forward some compelling reasons that they cannot obtain.
This is an old trick.
This is an ugly old trick.
However, I also told counsel for Travis Alexander's family that I would draw up a motion for them that they could make, because the victims in the murder case and their families had the right to deal with it promptly, this is also a constitutional right in Arizona, and I propose to do so for free.
I will write them a motion to enforce their right to a speedy trial.
They waited five years.
I don't care what that lawyer is going to do in July 18.
This case has to continue.
In order to make the right decision in this case, she must accept the right jury.
Family is not--(CROSSTALK)VELEZ-
Mitchell: But Jon reberman, it seems everyone knows, given the intense scrutiny of the case in the media.
No matter where I go, people will come to me on the street and ask me about this case.
How will they find 12 jurors?
In fact, Jane, I think they can.
I'm sure they can find a fair jury.
This is very big in our universe, and it is very big for many people.
But you go up to them and there are still people who don't know who jody arias is.
I believe they can get a fair jury.
I also believe the prosecutor will not stop.
I think Juan Martinez and his boss would like to see this and they will take this to the next stage.
I really believe they will re-hear the sentencing phase. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Okay.
Well, you made a prediction on live TV.
We recorded it now.
Let's see what happens.
We'll see if you're right or wrong.
I honestly don't know.
I walked back and forth.
Will it happen?
Isn't this going to happen? I don`t know.
Next, I know this.
I went to prison and was finally arrested, kept in prison all night, in prison, in prison. (

This is the case with the prison.

Five years ago, Travis Alexander was killed tomorrow.
Jody Arias has been in prison for almost five years and we have been covering her trial for several months.
With regard to all the discussions about her case, I would like to know what life is like in prison.
So I spent the night in a cell similar to Jodi waiting for fate.
I experienced it first.
Even before the prison gates close and slam your face, your freedom is completely deprived.

I didn`t do it.
Please recycle.
This will not happen in the future.
Just put the plastic bottle in the trash, not in the garbage.

I wouldn't do that.
Man: Yes.
I have a new woman, Miss Jane weisres. Mitchell.
Please stand near the wall and face the wall.
Woman: Did you drink? Use any drugs? VELEZ-
Mitchell: I 've been awake for 18 years, so no.
Woman: OK. Ok.
Is there anything I should know about you? VELEZ-MITCHELL: No.
Woman: Is there a weapon? VELEZ-
Mitchell: When I go in, I have to face the wall whenever they say "face the wall," and then they start to get me through these machines, see if the metal is hidden in my body.
Is that why it beeps?
Unidentified Woman: That's why it beeps.
Do you have a hip prosthesis? VELEZ-
Mitchell: It must be the zipper on my boots.
Woman: maybe. VELEZ-
Mitchell: check my cheeks, put my face on one side, and put my face on the other.
Why is there metal in my mouth?
Unidentified women: you will be surprised by what people have. VELEZ-
Mitchell: I mean, I'm a number.
I am not a man with any voice. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-

Mitchell: really?
Woman: Yes, I am. VELEZ-
Mitchell: really?
Woman: Yes. VELEZ-
Mitchell: I can't wear normal bikini underwear?
Unidentified women: everyone wears the same clothes when they go to jail. VELEZ-
Mitchell: Obviously, I know I did this for a story.
But I forgot it all very quickly and it was so shocking.
I really feel like, wait a minute, you tell me I have to stay here.
I can't do what I want.
I can't just say stop the tape, I'm going to take a break now and I'll be back in an hour.
So I really experienced the feeling of losing these freedoms.
Are those underwear? VELEZ-
Mitchell: That's my underpants. (END VIDEO CLIP)VELEZ-
Mitchell: Next, you won't believe that some inmates are trying to sneak into the prison, where are they trying to hide the prison?
Even more shocking.
