Officials at the University's School of Arts have proposed a signature of about $170,000, and they are working on the details and then submitting the final plan to Wilson within a few weeks.
"We want to go there and people can see what the university is doing, but we don't want to get the flashy Las Vegas effect," Winslow Rogers said . ", Academic Resource Manager of art school.

The proposed location is the northwest corner of Norderhov Street and etida Wanda Avenue, close to the art buildings on campus, and across the street from a row of houses.
The electronic logo will replace the old lighting display board in the northeast corner damaged in the January. 17 earthquake.
