Toronto Mayor Rob Ford's video of taking crack cocaine was found on a gang member's laptop, the member also apparently filmed himself describing how to "grab the mayor to smoke police claims.

The video, known as cracking the video, is part of a document issued by the Ontario High Court judge on Wednesday, which contains allegations that police obtained a search warrant in an ongoing investigation involving Ford.

"On one occasion, Mayor Ford held the glass jar to his mouth.

A few seconds later, the mayor of Ford appeared to have sucked in the steam that was generated and then called out.
Police say the video appeared to have been filmed in secret, showing Ford "smoking what appears to be a drug in the House ".
The document contains allegations that the police did not confirm in court.
Ford admitted to taking crack cocaine, most likely in his "drunken stuttering" but said he had not seen the video yet.
Ford has urged the police to release him, and he has dared the director to arrest him.
Police said in court documents that a total of five videos were found on the computer of Mohamed Siad.
Police believe Siad, one of the dozens accused of drug, weapons and gang investigation projects for travelers, is trying to sell cracking videos, as previously released documents show.
Three Ford attempts appeared to have failed before recording the full video, and the police said in the file that there was finally a video showing, someone seems to have filmed himself in Siad "making a brief account of what has just been arrested ".
Siad suggests that to record someone in secret, you should aim the camera at that person and they won't know you as yours (sic)

"Then, he advised you to catch a person who slipped in this way.
Then he went on to say, "even catch the loophole in the mayor's smoking.
"In a video, the police also claimed they heard Ford say the name Liban.

Media lawyers successfully defended the release of documents known as access to information on Wednesday and will return to court on March 28 to defend the release of more relevant documents.
Wednesday's release date is January.
The defense date for the next media lawyer is March 7, and lawyer Peter Jacobson said it shows that the investigation into the mayor is still ongoing.
