The witnesses spoke of other employees they understood who were treated the same way, as well as those who were deemed to have raised concerns about fees or financial management and were dismissed.

In December, james's lawyer told Plecas that he wanted to return the woodsplitter to the Legislative Assembly, but the RCMP had stepped in and now had the machine.
The trailer has also been returned.
Plecas said that James's lawyer told him that James had been "holding the wood" and had bought the wood if some trees had fallen on the legislature's property.
Subscriptions and other things: According to Plecas, James has subscribed to thousands of publications at taxpayer expense, including Palm Springs Life, Popular machinery, and Wired.
He said James used to claim $658 for a camera, $504 for headphones, and reimbursed souvenirs he bought while traveling to the government.

Holiday: Plecas wrote "multiple witnesses with the first witness in question --
People familiar with the matter told The Spokesman thatJames and Mr.
Lenz usually accepts payments in lieu of holidays.
The witness also said that,James and Mr.
Lenz seems to be on regular leave and vacation, but it is not usually recorded as an official holiday. In Mr.

James and Lenz responded to the allegations in a statement, saying the report was "shocked" when no one asked them to respond to the allegations and explain the expenses ".
"We are only now able to read these allegations for the first time, and we are confident that time will prove that they are completely false and untrue," the statement said . ".
The couple was ordered to submit a written reply to the speaker's report and allegations by February. 1.
