Elizabeth Smart's kidnappers are a free woman. -
Wanda Bartz came out of a prison in Utah and was discovered shortly afterwards.
Barzee was carrying a salad and a banana into the halfway house on Wednesday.
She was convicted of kidnapping Elizabeth in 2002 and sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Elizabeth said that when Mitchell raped her many times, Barzee stood by and looked at her.

"Although the Utah parole board believes she is not fit to be released, there is no way to keep Barzee away from the streets because state law requires her to be released before the end of her sentence.
She was honored for her time in the federal system.
As we have reported, Barzee is in the process of receiving the oversight release, and one of the terms she has issued includes zero contact with Elizabeth in any form.
We were told that Barzee's requirement to stay away from Smart was for her full 5 years under supervision.
So far, Elizabeth can apply for a protection order.
The FBI will also be in contact with Elizabeth to make sure Wanda has not tried to contact her.
If she did, Barzee would almost certainly call back to the prison Express ticket.
