One of the oldest successive cinemas in the city was later renamed the Pavilion until it was closed in 2016.

The theater was renovated for $15 million, retaining marble stairs, newly exposed brick walls, balconies, stained glass and other gorgeous details.
It is also equipped with a 35mm film projector and a VHS curated display desk.
