Gerrit Cole, the pitcher of the Pittsburgh Pirates, drew a dress
Penguins wrote "Let's go to the Pen" on their club's whiteboard to show support for Penguins fighting Nashville Predators in the first game of the Stanley Cup final on Monday (8 p. m. ET;
NBC, CBC, SN, TVA Sports).
Cole did not take part in the pirate home game against the Arizona rattlesnakes at PNC Park on Monday, but he may be in the Cup final at Cup Paints Arena.
Although Cole is from Newport Beach, California, he is a famous supporter of penguins who participated in the Cup last season.
Pirates have also expressed their support for penguins, although they are not as artistic as Cole.
