What is Chromecast?
Chromecast is a digital media player device developed by Google.
The device will work almost independently on the projector, playing video and sound content from apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, HBOGo, or directly from a computer browser with limited mirror capabilities
Chromecast is mainly controlled using applications downloaded to tablets or smart devices.
This allows the user to control the Chromecast while allowing the use of the control device without interrupting its flow function.
For example, after selecting content through connected devices such as smartphones, users can still answer calls or use other applications at the same time.
In addition, users can choose to use Google's own web browser, Google Chrome, to control and mirror content from a desktop or laptop called "tab casting.
However, not all content can be mirrored via tab casting. Browser plug-
Ins like Silverlight and Quicktime allow certain video files to be played from a web browser, but those files are not supported by Chromecast.

This allows decoding the codec used in the video compression format.

The device comes pre-installed with applications for streaming content.

Android and Apple iOS apps that support Android and Apple mobile operating systems.
The two apps can be downloaded separately from their mobile app store.
When connected to the same local network, the Chromecast dongle will be detected by the Android or iOS mobile app.
The application will then establish a channel to securely exchange communication between the two devices.
Connect the Chromcast dongle to the HDMI port of the projector. Some important notes: 1)
A suitable adapter may be needed for your projector to convert to a full-size HDMI port. 2)
You may need a micro USB cable (included)
Power the Chromecast equipment.
Some projectors and TVs may not be able to power the device via a USB port.
For Android and Apple iOS devices, find and download the Chromecast app from your respective App Store.
Step 1 to stream content from your desktop or laptop, download the Google Chrome web browser located here: Step 2 the next step is to install "Google Cast" here for the Chrome web browser ": step 3 the next step is to download the app used to set up the Chromecast dongle to the local Wi-Fi.
Continue the installation by connecting to the chrome-plated device of the projector.
