A Professional Manufacturer of Smart Interactive Screens For More Than 10 Years
Samsung ln46 c630 TV has a known problem with screen flickering after the warranty expires.
Instead of paying $150 at a local repair show, fix it yourself in 15 minutes!
It's easy to solve this problem.
There is a jumper called jp85 2 on the power supply.
If you cut the jumper, the screen flash will no longer happen.
I don't know what the JP852 is for, but obviously Samsung has a service announcement about this fix.
Thanks to Dennis from Amazon. com review (here)
Who provided the details of this fix.
Please assume this will void your warranty and have the possibility to damage the TV.
After I did this fix myself, my TV has been working fine since February 18, 2012.
If my TV stops working for some reason, I will update this guide.
Update June 14, 2012: It's been a few months and my TV is still working!

Update on March 16, 2013: everything goes well!
It's been more than 12 months since I cut the jumper and everything is still working, just like the day I bought it.

No problem reporting!
Update on October 19, 2015: No problem reporting!
Update on February 23, 2017: No problem reporting!
The symptoms of this problem are mainly described as "screen flashing ".
At first it was mostly intermittent and then gradually became worse.
The HDMI connection starts first, then the components, etc.
If the user turns the TV off and then turns it on, it usually fixes the issue for a while, but will eventually come back.
After a month or two, the screen will flash permanently.
The model fixed in this tutorial is aln46 c630k1f.
This fix should apply to all the TVs in this class.
I did see this issue happening on other Samsung TVs in different categories online and the fix was to cut different jumpers.
There are 18 screws (
There is a screw that is hard to find between the two rows of assembly jacks).
A normal-sized Philadelphia man is working.
If you put this TV on the stand base and finally remove the two screws at the bottom, be careful, it just sits on the base without any screws!
I recommend replacing the two screws at the bottom after you remove the back cover so your TV doesn't fall off the base.
Where is the power supply. . .
Plug in the power cord!
JumperJP852 is located on the power supply in the upper left corner below 46.
It connects what is marked as "input rating" and what is marked as "cold", which is easy and you may just use scissors.
Cut the jumper in the middle and separate the wires so it doesn't touch.
Put the box back on the TV and you're done!
