In this tutorial, we'll show you how to make interactive sonic prints in a photo frame so you can see and hear your favorite songs at the same time!
When you touch the print through the glass of the frame, it plays the songs shown in the sonic image.
The printed sensor after printing acts as a proximity sensor and is connected to the TouchPad and speaker behind the frame.

Color print sensor-touch pad
First of all, you need to create your Sonic print.
We use this site here to generate sound waves from songs.
Just upload the song you want to use, download the generated wave and design your Sonic print.
We recommend printing sound waves with cards instead of paper so that the sensor pattern is not displayed.
If you haven't set up the TouchPad yet, follow the tutorial here now.
In this project we used our proxim _ mp3 sketch.
In order to detect touch through glass and paper, the sensor of the TouchPad needs to be more sensitive.
Therefore, the proxim _ mp3 code is more appropriate than the touch _ mp3 code.
Just open the sketch located in File> sketchbook> touchpad example> Close _ mp3 and click upload!
You will also need to upload your song to the TouchPad.
If you haven't changed the sound on the touchpad before, please read this tutorial here.
We will use electrode to trigger the song, So upload the song named track 000 of your choice.
Mp3 of SD card.
Connect one of the printing sensors to the back of the photo frame, where we will connect it to the TouchPad.
Because the printed sensor can be bent, the cable is unnecessary.
Carefully cut off a part of the print sensor so you get an opposite L-shaped sensor.
Make sure there is an access node for the long part of the sensor as this is where the board is connected.
It's time to gather!
First, put the sonic print in the frame.
Now, add the printed sensor behind it, the pattern is the same as the way it is printed, and make sure the strip extends beyond the frame.
Fix the frame backing in place and bend the printed sensor down.
Stick it down with a blue tack or a double spikesided tape.
This project uses only one electrode. we used E0.
Before connecting the touchpad to the frame, you need to make sure that other electrodes do not interfere.
This is done by simply adding concealer to the back of other unused electrodes.
Attach some big blue nails or double
Attach the double sided tape to the back of the TouchPad and place it so that the electrode E0 is located on the access node of the printed sensor.
The electrode E0 is cold welded to the printing sensor with electrical paint.

Finally, connect the speakers securely and connect the board to the power supply.
Now, when you touch the sound waves in print, it plays your songs!
