A Professional Manufacturer of Smart Interactive Screens For More Than 10 Years
In the tsunami
Like the wake-up of Apple's iPhone, I-
Mate wisely chose to replace its ailing JASJAM with a new touch screen smartphone.
This latest product, which is warmly called Ultimate 6150, is a four
Band GSM 850/900/1800/1900, GPRS and 3.
Equipped with some 5g HSDPA mobile phones (but not all)
The usual bell-and-whistles.
While undoubtedly a fast performer, several key areas
Touch screen interface-
Unfortunately, it was not impressive.
In terms of size and appearance, 6150 is almost the same as the keyboardEquipped with cousin;
Ultimate 8150.
Unfortunately, this means that a large amount of surface area is effectively wasted-I-
Mate left a lot of ugly space where 8150 of the keyboard is usually there.
It looks sparse and thick and will certainly deter many potential buyers.
On the other hand, some people may appreciate the simple, basic
Black design, elegant if a bit bulky.
Under its monotonous panel, the ultimate 6150 movement makes an amazing grunt.
In fact, this is the only area where 6150 really shines, providing one of the fastest and smoothest performance we 've seen from smartphones so far.
Powered by the Intel Bulverde 520 MHz processor and the NVIDIA GoForce 5500 graphics accelerator, it will run all Windows Mobile 6 applications smoothly and will also be good at Web downloads and video playback.
6150 is equipped with 128 MB of RAM to meet your memory needs;
Scalable to 2 gb (GB)via MicroSD (
4 gb cards are not currently supported).
One of the main graphics cards of 6150 is the touchscreen VGA display with a maximum resolution of 640x480 pixels.
Interestingly, the VGA output is also included, allowing you to connect your device to the secondary monitor.
This not only makes the final 6150 ideal for your multimedia needs, but it should also be handy for PowerPoint presentations.
The only downside is
This is quite a big one)
Is the overall size of the screen. At 2.
8 inch, it failed to reach its full potential, the text was small and it was difficult for the website to read.
Besides, big
The keyboard on the screen and the icon with insufficient size will inevitably hinder both hands;
A fact that does not help the micro five-way thumbstick.
This makes entering data a real chore, especially if you're not a big fan of touch screens at first.
6150 is decent enough for voice calls, although it doesn't sound as good as a normal 3g phone, and the volume occasionally drops to levels that are hard to understand.
On the positive side, the attached hands-free speaker works well, and it should eliminate these issues in addition to being in the most noisy environment.
Of course, this phone is also compatible with the third phone.
We strongly recommend that users who frequently use mp3 use party headsets with Bluetooth and mini USB. (
By the way, the integrated FM radio is very strong;
Clear Audio with 12 presets. )
The photos taken with a 2 pixel camera are about our expectations for smartphones;
Enough, but far from sharp or vibrant.
As a 3g phone, the 6150 also includes a front VGA camera for video calls.
One of the features that surprise us is the video recorder;
It produces a silky smooth lens that looks great on a 6150 high resolution screen.
Overall, the final 6150 is far from terrible, but unfortunately it has been overtaken by several competing units.
HTC TyTN II will provide you with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a built-in keyboardin GPS (
Including Co-Pilot software)
3-pixel camera and multi-function tilt display;
None of this is in this model. The i-
The maximum call time of Mate Ultimate 6150 is 4 hours, and the maximum standby time is 300 hours;
A fair but not surprising result.
