Writing a diary is a good thing.
Known and effective technology
This is a technique I use and often recommend to others including family, friends and clients.
I have written a few books about ins. and-
The real benefit of the failure of diary writing is that you don't need any formal training or skills to complete it. . .
This is something everyone can do and benefit from. So. . .
What are the logs written?
When I was a child, I often wrote a diary. . .
Record what happened in my life. -
What I'm doing, where I 've been, sometimes recording how I feel and what's bothering me.
My diary is a big hit. . .
I will try to write for a few months every day, and then a few years pass before anything is recorded.
I think this is just a "maiden" thing to do in the process of growing up. . .
But in my four years of college psychology, I learned the true value of journal writing.
Keeping a diary is the course requirement of one of my classes;
The instructions are clear--
We have to write down how we react and feel about what's going on in life. -
It's not about "what happened", it's about "how we react to it" and "how we feel ".
It is here that I have discovered how beneficial journal writing is.
Once you 've gone above and beyond to just record events, start writing down your feelings and thoughts. . .
The real benefits are here.
When it comes to the idea of writing, many of us have great obstacles. . .
"I'm not a writer! ". . . . . .
"What will I write? ". . .
"I don't know where to start! ". . . "What do I say? ". . .
Does this sound familiar?
When I first heard about the benefits of diary writing and thought about giving it a try, the ideas run through my head.
It's almost addictive once I start writing a diary.
The benefits of diary writing: "This is a great way to get your feelings and ideas from your system.
We all know how good it is to talk to someone about things, but sometimes we can't talk to someone.
Maybe two in the morning. m.
It is difficult or inconvenient to contact someone.
This is where your diary comes in handy. -
It is always available.
But please note that your diary is not to replace the conversation with someoneg.
Your consultant, doctor, or good friend or family.
Writing in your diary can help you stay on track, clarify your goals and intentions, help inspire ideas for change in your life, and become a key factor in reflecting your goals and aspirations.
You may not be able to talk to you about your personal problems or feelings.
"Your diary is easily accessible at any time of day.
If you have trouble sleeping, put the paper and pen by the bed.
When you have an idea in your head to stop you from sleeping ---
Write it down.
It takes it out of your system again and stops thinking continuously.
"Diary writing can help you clarify your feelings and thoughts.
It can help you to let go of things that keep moving in your heart and mind.
"You may have something that you feel uncomfortable talking to someone. . .
You can say what you want to say in your diary without feeling embarrassed;
Your diary will not judge you or you.
Your diary can be a very good friend!
How to start: "Buy yourself a large notebook, writing board, diary, personal diary, set up a folder on your computer, or whatever, this is where you write.
You can write by hand or use the computer.
Handwriting is much more flexible because you can write in a park, in a car, in a bed, or wherever you have an impulse.
Find a place where you can keep a diary where no one else can see or find it.
When you start writing for the first time, your writing may feel stagnant or awkward. . .
But just keep going and soon you will find that your thoughts will start to flow and you will almost write automatically.
Sometimes I don't think I'll write more than a few lines, but sometimes I'll write a page or two once I start writing.
It doesn't matter if you only write a few words or a legend.
Length is not important.
"At the beginning, it may be useful to set aside a certain period of time in the day to do your writing;
This is not always possible due to commitment and schedule, but try to write some diaries every day.
Things to remember: "Your diary writing is only for your eyes!
You don't have anything other than you to write academic articles, assignments, reports, or anything anyone else will read.
Since your diary is only written for you, don't worry about grammar, punctuation, meaning, neatness or sentence structure.
The thing is to write, write, write.
"It would be beneficial to date each entry ---e. g.
Saturday 11/8/07
This is useful when you want to reread your diary;
You can see how you are doing at some point in your life, where you are now.
"Diary writing is a very personal experience and therefore there is no right or wrong way. . .
You will find your way.
You never know what will come up in your diary.
I started writing poetry in my diary a few years ago, which was a huge surprise for me because I am not a poetic person. Over a six-
There were many poems in my writing, which led to the publication of my first book, interspersed.
I didn't suggest in a minute that you would make a book too. . .
But I know you will benefit from diary writing in a way you can't even imagine.
I encourage you to give it a try. . .
Go and see it yourself.
