Fans of BlackBerry's classic physical keyboard will have reason to celebrate the launch of the last product designed by the former smartphone leader in April.

The company has played a role in developing the keyboard, which is named after the return of the QWERTY keyboard, and most other smartphone designers have already retired.
Steve Cistulli, president of North America division of TCL Communications Technology Holding Co. , Ltd. , said: "BlackBerry does have some views on industrial design . "(TCT).
Cistulli said that as part of its partnership with BlackBerry, TCT will manufacture and sell smartphones in Canada and several other countries (TSX:BB).
The deal allows the company to design, manufacture and sell BlackBerry phones
Brand smartphones operated using the technology company's security software.
BlackBerry gets a commission for every phone sold.
While KEYone is the first mobile phone to enter the market under the partnership, Cistulli said BlackBerry will no longer play a design role in any future product.
BlackBerry CEO John Chen said in last September that the company is pulling out of its hardware business and focusing on its growing security software business.
KEYone is characterized by 4. 5-
Inch touch screen, fingerprint sensor, rearand front-facing cameras.
It is equipped with a microSD slot to extend its built-in functionality
The memory capacity is up to 2 tb and claims to be able to charge up to 50 in about 36 minutes.
Cistulli is unable to provide accurate prices for Canadians, but it will retail south of the border for $549, and he expects Canadians to pay this fee plus the exchange rateroughly C$720.
The company expects most Canadian wireless carriers and online operators to sell the product.
TCT may release at least one more BlackBerry
He said brand phones will decide this year on the launch of the next two or three phones, once it sees how the market is doing.
