Microsoft's team, Redmond's productivity and collaboration services, is celebrating two of them.

To mark this moment, the company announced a series of new features for the service.
The company has announced eight new features, three of which will be released now and five will be released later.
Microsoft also released some statistics on the team, including how more than 500,000 organizations use the service today, and 91 of Fortune's top 100.
It added that the team used 44 languages in 181 markets.
In addition, the company announced that the team will soon launch eight new Indian languages --
Bengali, jalatte, Hindi, Kanada, Malaya, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu
Except for Filipinos.
Key new features facing the Microsoft team include customizable backgrounds during video chat, content cameras and smart capture processing, whiteboard support in team meetings, live subtitles and video call subtitles, live events, secure private channels prevention of information barriers and data loss (DLP)
In chat and conversation.
The ability to choose your favorite custom background in a video cat is a cool new feature that allows users to apply a more appropriate background in a video call.
The feature allows users to select any image as a background for video calls and will be released later this year.
Another productive feature is a new member of Microsoft's team room.
The Microsoft team room supports additional USB cameras to capture what is written on the whiteboard and can now use Microsoft's smart capture processing to enhance text and images on the whiteboard, and focus and resize them accordingly.
This will make it more convenient for remote participants attending the meeting to view the content.
For example, the person standing in front of the whiteboard will have a translucent shadow so that it is clear what his/her body covers on the whiteboard.
This remarkable feature will appear later this year.

Led will also provide support for Microsoft whiteboards in team meetings, allowing all participants to collaborate more effectively by sharing ideas on a single digital canvas.
Participants can even easily push content from a physical whiteboard to a shared Microsoft Whiteboard.
This feature is currently in public preview.
Real-time subtitles will be available soon with English support. Another useful feature is to support real-time subtitles and subtitles for team meetings, allowing speakers to communicate their messages more effectively to participants with hearing difficulties or language disabilities.
As a preview of Microsoft team users, the live subtitle feature in English will come soon.
In addition, Microsoft's collaboration service has received support for creating live events, which is now available to all users, allowing up to 10,000 participants to listen to events.
These live events are available to team, stream, or Yammer users.
In terms of security, the Microsoft team will receive support for secure private channels later this year, allowing administrators to more effectively control who can access conversations and information on specific channels.

The central feature that all Office 365 and Microsoft 365 users with Office 365 advanced compliance can now be widely used is to set up data loss prevention (DLP)policies.
The DLP policy for chat and conversation will allow administrators to specify and detect sensitive information in the conversation and protect certain information from disclosure through a conversation channel barrier.
