On Thursday, the Supreme Court accepted the new outdoor advertising policy of the environmental pollution authority, which aims to curb illegal parking and make Delhi look beautiful while ensuring the safety of road commuters.

The company prohibits advertisements that distract road commuters by promoting "nudity, racism, drugs, animal abuse or any form of violence.

EPCA reported the objections raised by the Delhi outdoor advertisers Association to the policy, and the judges allowed them to present their opinions to the relevant authorities.
The court accepted the EPCA report, which states that the city must have an approved outdoor advertising policy because the lack of outdoor advertising can result in huge violations and loss of revenue by municipalities and in the city.
Advertising is not allowed in national parks, historic sites, World Heritage areas and religious sites, according to policy 2017.
