"Really, it just needs paint," said Wendy Tutt, who chose the burgundy, gold and gray color scheme.
"Plaster only needs to be modified in a place where there is water damage.
"Wendy and her husband John bought the building for $630,000 and put in another $450,000 to renovate it.

They own the Princess and the Princess Twin Cinema in Waterloo. Their 22-
One-year-old son Jacob, who recently received a business degree from Wilfried Laurier University, moved into an apartment upstairs in the theater in August and will continue as a day at the theater --to-day manager.
He can walk directly from the apartment to the screening room.
