s.c. student suspended after racist-slur photo - whiteboard on wheels

A student at the University of South Carolina was suspended after finding a picture on the campus whiteboard showing racist slander.
The school's principal, Harris pasted, confirmed in a statement the school's decision on Friday night.
Pastides said in the statement: "Today, the unfortunate and disappointing behavior of a student in the study challenged the Carolina community to ask them to reflect on our values and tell

Racist and uncivilized rhetoric has no place at the University of South Carolina.
"We have taken appropriate action to suspend the students and start the code of conduct investigation.

The first reason listed is racial discrimination.
As Pastides confirmed in his statement, the incident occurred in a study room, but it was not clear when it occurred.
It is also unclear whether the suspended student is the person in the photo or the other person who may be in the room.

"This photo was posted on several social networks and soon spread to thousands of people.
People on the Internet recognized the woman in the photo and her Twitter account was quickly deleted.
WLTX has not identified the woman and has been threatened since the photo went viral online.
