According to a statement posted on the government website, Samsung will recruit more Vietnamese employees and develop electronic products in smart cities in North Ning province and elsewhere.

Phuc told Koh that Vietnam is always willing to create the most favorable conditions for Samsung's development in the country, the statement said.
