The crisis sweeping Huawei has given a boost to rival Samsung Electronics, which is expected to increase its share of global mobile phone sales at the expense of its controversial Chinese rival.

Earlier, President Trump banned American companies from doing business with Huawei, accusing it of being a tool for China's secret service.
Analysts say losing access to apps such as Google Maps, Youtube and Gmail could ruin Huawei's smartphone business outside of China.
The Chinese company exported about 100 million mobile phones last year.
