Exchange and presentation skills training for educated and skilled youth from the country will be provided here to ensure that they have access to the right employment opportunities.

Achuthanandan, who unveiled the school at Kaloor on Monday, said the college can play a key role in developing students' technical, personal and communication skills.
The model graduate school here is the second such school that IHRD has set up to teach young people employment skills.
The first school is located in Trivan. V.
Subramony, director of Subrrd, said the institute will develop programs to help young people acquire enough skills to find jobs in a globalized world.
He said that the lack of trained personnel was a major problem when the industry launched recruitment programs specifically aimed at young people.
The school will carry out employment enhancement programs for nationally qualified young people.
A 40-day structured course covering technical and soft skills.
The course aims to pay equal attention to technical and soft skills.
The soft skills course is designed to give students an idea of the areas that are most needed at different stages of life and work.
Training will be conducted in areas such as communication, interpersonal skills and team building.
Special efforts will be made to improve students' English language skills.

The training is provided by faculty from different fields and is trained by Infosys, supplemented by industry expert faculty.
