Paper handouts have become the past!
The meeting has now been incorporated into the use of visual presentations to help employees get involved and keep their attention throughout the presentation.
By using a projector during a meeting, less time is wasted on preparing handouts.
The use of projectors will also help to reduce the cost of printing materials such as paper, ink and binding materials.
You need the following items before you start: 1. A projector2.
Projector remote3.
A projection screen. A laptop5.
Laptop power cord 6.
A network cable 7. A power strip (
If not near the exit)

Press the button or pull the wire manually to lower the projection screen.
The projection screen can have many different shapes and sizes.
For this demo, my device purchased an automatic screen that was lowered from the ceiling by pressing the button.
If the screen is not available, your image can be displayed on a neutral wall.
However, if you choose to show on the wall instead of on the screen, you may notice that the image is not clear.
Plug the power cord into the socket first.
Depending on where your outlet is in the meeting area, a power strip may be required.
By using the power strip, it will not only give you more ability to install the equipment throughout the room, but will also give you the ability to plug in the additional equipment needed for the demo, such as extra computers or speakers.
It is very important to have your computer fully charged before starting the demo.
To ensure that the battery will never run out, plug the power cord of your computer into the power strip.
You will notice that the power cord on this computer is connected to the back of the computer.
Once your computer has a power supply, you have to turn it on.
After the startup menu runs its programming, you will need to log in with your username and password.
Your information technology department will be able to help you if you do not know your certificate.
If you are using a personal computer, please contact the computer manufacturer for additional assistance.
Your network cable should be connected to the back of your computer.
Depending on the manufacturer, this socket may also be on either side of your computer.
Dell computers were used in this demo.
This network cable is connected to the projector from your computer.
If this wire connection is incorrect, your image will not be displayed on the projection screen.
The projector I used was hung on the ceiling.
To turn this device on, I just use the remote control of the projector and press the "on" button.
If your projector is not connected to a location you cannot reach, you can press the "open" button on the projector itself directly.
It may take anywhere between 1-
It takes 3 minutes for the projector to display the image on the screen, so please be patient.
If you follow each step, the image on the computer screen should be the same as the one on the projection screen.
In this video, I demonstrated step-by-
Instructions on how to connect your laptop to a projector.
Thank you for taking the time to see my guide.
I hope that by following these steps, the time and money spent preparing handouts for meetings can be reduced.
