FTII added a classroom theater complex to their infrastructure and will be completed today.
The institution's alumnus, briram, will unveil the complex with Brijendra Pal Singh, vice president of the FTII Council, followed by a film showing Sriram.
The added infrastructure includes a grand theater with Dolby surround sound system, a 4 k resolution projection screen and two small theaters with smart interactive whiteboards.
Speaking of the theater, director Bhupendra Kainthola said, "In addition to strengthening the existing academic infrastructure, the theater will introduce a new dimension to FTII's approach to film teaching.
The complex also includes new faculty rooms and classrooms.
The registrar, Varun Bhardwaj, shared, "The new facility will enable students to think and explore ideas when accepting new technologies.
