PREFACEDarlie Routier's murder conviction has been debated in depth since he was convicted 23 years ago.
There are countless documentaries, a TV movie, countless websites and blogs, and several books on the case.
More recently in June 2018
ABC documentary: The final defense of the Routier case was broadcast.
Although followed closely in Texas, the national level of the trial was not the same
The charm of a trial by Susan Smith, Kathy Anthony or jody arias.
Cameras are not allowed to enter the court and Turner radio's headlines in 1996 (HLN)
The court's television did not broadcast the trial to every family every day.
If Darlie Routier was born in recent years, it would be a household name.
Since her conviction, counsel for Darlie Routier has filed several requests and appeals with the Texas court.
Last appeal known
Her current and long-standing appeals attorney, Stephen Cooper, submitted a review of the body evidence and was accepted by state magistrate Gracie Lewis on 2014 for evidence found at the crime scene.
Stephen Cooper's intention was to prove by DNA testing that, in fact, an outside intruder was in the House, two sons of Darley and darlin rutier were murdered in an outrageous way, attacking Darlie before fleeing the scene.
Many items from the crime scene were submitted.
Most of the items were samples of the pajamas Darlie wore on the night of the murder, but other samples included fingerprints on the blade handle ,(
Murder weapon)
A swab taken from the sweat band of the cap, 2 oral cavity (saliva)
A swab from Darlie and a sample of a sock found outside the house containing blood from her two boys.
The evidence was submitted to the UNT Health Science Center, Department of Medicine and Molecular Genetics, Fort Worth, Texas, for DNA testing.
The test results were returned to Judge Lewis on June (2015.
The results of the tests performed on the handle, the sweat bands of the hat and the socks are uncertain as they are in poor condition.
However, the test results on the sample of pajamas show that counsel for Darlie Routier has bargained.
The sample of the submitted pajamas shows :(In summary)

A pyjamas blood sample submitted hoping to find male DNA showed only Darlie's DNA, which the prosecution initially claimed during the trial.
Compared to the 1996 technologies, these new test results using new and improved technologies confirm the crime of Darlie Routier even more.
Since the night of murder, DNA technology has made significant progress and can even collect readings from trace oils on human skin.
In the final DNA study, the findings again point to Darlie Routier.
The results were not posted or even mentioned on "fordarlie.
A website supervised by Darlie's mother, Darlie Kee.
Separating facts from fiction is a controversial case, and readers must understand that these debates are not about people waiting for trial, and Darlie Routier has been in court for a day.
She was convicted by a peer jury and sentenced to death by injection.
The trial is perfect, no errors?
Of course not, there will be no trial now and in the future.
Those who believe that Darlie Routier is not guilty provide a variety of reasons and theories that they often try to use to demonstrate how she is a murderer and/or how she should be a retrial.
Their favorite claim is that she has no motivation, and they like to say that she has never proved it.
The prosecutor does not need to prove that someone has committed murder, they only need to prove that the accused has committed murder.
They did it in this case.
Frequently make claims, such as errors in evidence testing, crime scene contamination, manipulation of evidence, prosecution misconduct, evidence suppression, witness tampering, jury tampering, perjury;
You name it and it's thrown out.
But when asked to support these claims with proven facts, Darlie's supporters simply cannot do so.
Their "facts" are made up of hearsay and theories that will not be established and will obviously not be established in court.
There is a large group of amateur armchair detectives sitting at home, watching YouTube videos in front of a computer screen, criticizing the techniques used by evidence investigators and laboratory technicians at the crime scene of Routier.
These people are not trained forensic investigators and are not involved in dealing with specific crime scenes.
They are hardly qualified to criticize certified professionals who actually work there.
The remongers simply repeat what they read on the Internet Darlie support site, or what they saw on YouTube videos, which prompted them to say "Oh, the police screwed up the crime scene.
"When the judgment of the trial is not carried out in their way, it is always said that the system has failed.
When one does not agree with a verdict in which the accused is found guilty by indirect evidence, the responsibility is always directed directly to the police and investigators;
Even if a local police detective decides to involve an external investigator in a second investigation, it is a good idea to include an experienced FBI officer and a crime scene investigator with 39 years of experience.
Much of the debate is based on incorrect and inaccurate information, and in some cases even direct --
Up information is passed as fact.
Although the center contains some open questions and opinions, it is based on transcripts of trials found on site, media interviews, police reports, DNA test results, respondent statements, forensic evidence, darlie Routier's own court testimony and her written submissions to the police two days after the murder.
The trial transcript was found to contain many errors and was corrected using trial tapes.
Many Darlie supporters believe that it is worth reviewing only the mistakes on the transcript.
Obviously, if there is a retrial in some way, there will still be no change to the forensic evidence that convicted her.
Of course Darlie and her family insist on her innocence, but their family says their loved one is guilty?
Many Darlie supporters point out that 23 years later, she still claims to be innocent.
She must, of course, do so.
She is committed to this claim at this point, and she is on death row;
Just at the moment she pleaded guilty, her appeal process would suddenly cease and the execution date would be arranged immediately.
Most of the new Darlie supporters admitted they had not seen the trial record.
Based on watching a YouTube video or just reading a book, it is impossible to accurately form a guilty or innocent point of view;
This must be the opinion of others.
Under the unique complicity in the Darlie Routier case, the person who said she was innocent and the person who said she was guilty did not qualify for an opinion until all the facts of the case were known.
Since most of the published literature mentions that the Darlie Routier case is-sided opinion (
The author either believes she is innocent or believes she is guilty)
The person closest to obtaining just information about the case and the proceedings is obtained by reading the entire court record.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of Darlie supporters blogs and websites, many or even most newcomers to the Darlie Routier case were immediately promoted and manipulated.
There are not many Internet sites that support her guilty verdict because most people believe that justice is done as it should be and that it has been done; it's old news.
Darlie supports the site and some authors who believe she is not guilty are notorious for engaging in a news strategy called "cherry picking.
"Cherry picking is the author's selective extraction of information about the subject matter of confirming their position or the point of view they are trying to express.
In doing so, they ignore providing all the data or information about their position that may offset what they write.
It is not a complete lie in itself, more like not providing all the information.
Most (if not all) Darlie support sites are good at using cherry picking strategies when extracting proof quotes from Darlie Routier case court transcripts.
They will cite the questions and answers in the witness testimony that relate to their point of view, but will not print out everything that is followed in the testimony in the prosecution's inquiry.
This is a way to manipulate the reader and their beliefs, also known as "citation mining ". ".
Politicians are known for picking cherries during election debates.
The problem with the cherry picking strategy is that it directly inhibits evidence or additional information that may result in a more complete picture;
This is of course the author's intention.
For this case, there are a lot of people blurting out their own views, in fact, they have not carried out independent research.
They prefer to absorb information in the "front"
Digest the form by reading and quoting the work of others.
911 Emergency Communications Centre, 2: 31 a. m. , June 6, 1996 (911)
In Rowlett, Texas, he received a phone call from Darin Routier, 28, and his 26-year-old wife Darlie's private home.
Caller Darlie Routier frantically told police dispatcher Doris Trammell that her home was broken in and an intruder stabbed her two sons, Devon, 6, and 5
She claimed that she had also been attacked.
Within three minutes of the 911 alarm, officer Rowlett David Waddell was the first person to arrive at the Routier's home.
Upon arrival, he saw Darin Routier coming out of the front door wearing trousers without shirts and shoes.
Officer Waddell did not know if it was a suspect, he pulled out his weapon and asked him to stop.
Darling recognized himself and told the police officer that his child was stabbed and was dying.
He told officer Waddell that there was a nurse living across the street and he was going to pick her up.
When Waddell entered the house, he was shocked at the scene when he investigated the scene.
The two little boys lay on the floor of their room, covered with their own blood, and there were obvious deep penetration wounds on their chest and back.
Blood everywhere.
Around them, they penetrate into the carpet, into the walls, and into the kitchen floor.
Officer Waddell said one of the boys (Devon)
Apparently dead, another boy (Damon)
Close to the wall near the corridor, do what he calls a "slow craw" and giggle as he tries to breathe.
Mother Darlie grabbed a wet bloody towel around her neck and stood by him and called.
She began yelling at officer Waddell, who said the intruder might still be in the house and he ran out of the garage.
Waddell instructed Darlie to take a towel and put pressure on the boy's wound.
It should be noted here that she did not do so.
He told her to put pressure on Damon's wounds four times, but she never did.
With a weapon in his hand, he walked into the glove room and stared at the darkness of the garage.
In his testimony, he said that his training and instincts told him that it would be better to wait for the reserve before entering the dark garage alone.
A few seconds later, officer Rowlett Matthew Waring and nurse Jack Colby arrived at the scene with a Rowlett fire rescue ambulance composed of Brian Kochak.
The caregiver "staged" outside the front door or waited for the police to secure the site and told them it was safe to enter.
The police officer's walls and Vader pulled out their weapons and began searching the house from the utility room next to the kitchen, which led to the garage, and Darlie said she had driven the intruder out of the house.
It was dark, the police turned on the flashlight and found the light switch, but no one was found in the garage or in the backyard.
They did observe an open window in the garage near the floor with a vertical cut on the screen.
Shortly after, officer Waring opened the front door and told the nursing staff that Corby and Kochak came in and suggested that they needed additional medical assistance.
When nursing staff Koschak walked into the house with his partner, he informed another ambulance by wireless.
Nursing staff Kolbye went to Damon, located on the left side of the family room entrance corridor near the wall, and nursing staff Koschak went to Devon on the other side of the room at the foot of the sofa.
Colby testified that Damon was facing down and took his last breath as he turned him over.
He started trying to ventilate Damon with a bag valve mask, but he said Darin and Darlie were yelling and it distracted him so he picked up Damon and carried him to the stretcher
Koschak testified that after evaluating Devon and noting that he was apparently dead, he went to Darlie in the kitchen to look at her neck.
He also wanted to keep her away from yelling, so he took her out at the front porch to assess her wounds.
Both doctors were asked in court if Darlie was visibly upset and crying in the house, and they both said she didn't cry, but there were a lot of people shouting.
On the way to the hospital, nursing staff Larry Byford checked her in an ambulance and he testified that she had not asked once about the condition of her child throughout the journey.
Police at the crime scene Waddell and Walling searched the upstairs area of the house and found Darin and Darlie's youngest son 6-
Drake, a month old, is in his crib.
Fortunately, he was not hurt.
No intruders were found upstairs or anywhere else in the house.
Meanwhile, K-
Nine police officers had arrived at the scene and began searching in a wide range around the house;
No intruders found.
Nursing staff Kolbye said that when they took Damon to the ambulance, he barely held on and breathed the air in his blood-filled lungs.
They continued to ship to the Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, but he died en route.
Nursing staff Koschak stayed at the scene and when Larry Byford, Rick Zimmerman and Rick Coleman, the second RFD care team, arrived, he handed Darlie's care to them.
Police officer Rowlett asked Koschak to check the baby (Drake)
There was no injured Darling.
When the caregiver takes care of Darlie's wound ,(
Not like a boy.
She told Sergeant Waring that an intruder had entered her house and had climbed above her head when she slept on the couch.
Darlie's well-known story of changing habits starts here and will continue to this day.
She initially told officer Waddell that the intruder woke her up and she screamed and after fighting him at the end of the bar ,(
Between kitchen and family room)
He went through the kitchen, through the glove room, into the garage.
She said that it was then that she realized that the boys had been attacked and brutally slaughtered.
About 15 minutes later, Darlie told Sergeant Walling that the battle between her and the intruder took place while she was still on the couch.
The two police officers confirmed these different stories during the trial.
Prosecution: when she told you that she had a fight with this person, did she indicate to you that morning where the fight had taken place?
Sergeant Waring: Yes, sir, on the couch.
On the sofa?
Sergeant Waring: Yes, sir.
Prosecution: Are you sure she didn't tell you that there was a fight between the kitchen and the family room?
Sergeant Waring: No, sir.
When she woke up, she said, the man was standing by her side, she was lying on the sofa, it was already three o'clock A. M. and the paramedics were preparing to ship Darlie.
Her husband Darling told her that he would see her in the hospital.
Darling told the next-door neighbor that he was shaken up and asked if he would drive him to the hospital.
The neighbor's wife volunteered to stay at home and live with Drake's baby.
Evidence investigators and technicians are now starting to arrive with local media trucks.
Neighbors have begun to gather outside the tape at the crime scene.
In the author's opinion, the first red flag must be that Darlie did not ask her youngest child Drake at one time, nor did she go upstairs to see him at one time.
Her two biggest boys lay on the floor and were stabbed to death with their own blood, and she never asked someone upstairs about her children?
There is a serious problem with that photo.
We know she didn't ask him (Or look at him)
From the time she called 911 to the time she was admitted to the hospital, unless she asked the caregiver on her way to the hospital (
Not mentioned in court)
Or Darling told her Drake was fine before she called 911;
Again, no mention of anywhere.
Even if Darling told her Drake was okay before calling 911, what mother wouldn't rush upstairs to see for herself that her baby was okay?
Especially assuming the possibility that the intruder is still in the house.
In this case, what mother in the world will leave their children upstairs alone? . . . .
Unless she already knows that Drake is fine because there are no intruders.
Darlie told investigators that she and the boy decided to sleep in the family room with the boy on the floor and that she was watching TV on the sofa (
Later found out she did it a few nights before the murder)
Darling and Drake are sleeping in the upstairs bedroom.
Drake tossed and turned in her crib upstairs, she said, keeping her awake.
The family room is a crime scene.
This is where the boys were maliciously stabbed, and Darlie claims she was attacked by intruders while sleeping on the couch.
Lieutenant grant Jack, commander of the Rowlett police investigation department, was summoned at home and arrived at the scene at about three o'clock A. M.
Detective Jimmy Patterson gave him a brief introduction to what Dali said in the house and began his own assessment of the scene.
With the "handling" of the crime scene, Sergeant David Nabors, Rowlett PD evidence expert, began cleaning up fingerprints and checking blood evidence while other technicians were taking pictures in the house.
After realizing the seriousness of the crime
Jack thinks it's better to find some investigation assistance.
He brought in James crowns, a retired Dallas police crime scene investigator with a great career record.
Cron is now doing consulting work for other law enforcement agencies in the Dallas area.
After receiving the notice, he arrived at about six o'clock A. M. and began to analyze the site.
When Sgt gathered evidence in the kitchen
Nabors notes Darlie's wallet and many gold rings and bracelets (
Including a Rolex watch)
That day she sat at the counter in the kitchen and took them off before lying on the couch.
He thought it was strange that an intruder who might come in and rob the house would walk straight through the wallet and the jewels without taking everything away.
Nabors also noticed that all the blood stains on the counter and kitchen floor indicated that the sink was very clean and the cabinet door under the sink was clean, except for blood on the edges.
It looks like someone is trying to wipe the blood off the counter and the cabinet door.
The Luminol sprayed by Nabor is a chemical compound that collects copper found in the blood, and after trying to clean it up, copper usually stays behind.
Luminol showed that there was a lot of blood there that was apparently wiped out.
James Cron found it strange that, in addition to the blood on the door leading to the utility room and the two blood stains on the side of the washing machine, there was no other indication at this point, as Darlie claims, an intruder has gone out of the garage;
There is no drop of blood anywhere.
This is the cutting screen on the garage window, cutting.
It does not bend or stretch out and does not stretch in any way to indicate that someone has crossed it in any direction.
The dust on the windowsill was not disturbed, no blood or fingerprints were found on the window or screen, and no bloody footprints or footprints were found on the ground outside the window.
There is absolutely no indication that someone has entered the garage and the window;
Come in or out.
Investigators found a motion sensor light at a mahogany spa in the backyard at the Routier home.
The test shows that it will remain for 17 minutes after activation.
If Darlie's "event schedule" is accurate based on her 911 phone call and what she told the police for the first time, when the police officer arrived at the scene 3 minutes and 4 minutes after the 911 call, the light is still on.
Two police officers testified that it was not open when they initially checked the garage and the backyard.
Darlie repeatedly said that the intruder left the house through the garage and went out of the window.
A lot of blood was found on the kitchen floor in front of the sink.
The only footprints found were Darlie's bare footprints and some boots.
From where he first checked the garage, it was found that the print was consistent with Sergeant Waring's boots.
There was a broken glass on the floor of the kitchen that was broken with a glass, but the Cup was on top of the blood and no blood drops were found on the glass fragments, this indicates that it was broken after the alleged incident.
Darlie's foot check (
She's barefoot)
No trace on the glass.
It was found that a vacuum cleaner was turned over, but there was blood below, as if it was deliberately placed there afterwards.
A complete expensive vase was found on the floor with long stem flowers inside.
The stems are complete and give the investigators the impression that they have just been put there and have not been knocked down in the struggle.
An investigator later commented: "strange. . . .
With the smallest property loss the greatest human destruction.
"Cron quietly approached Lieutenant Jack in front of the house and told him that from what he is currently seeing, it looks like the murders were committed by people living in the house. Lt.
Jack told Cron that after hearing Darlie's description of what happened and comparing it to the scene, he had the same intuition.
As the investigation progressed, it seemed that the crime scene had begun to unfold, giving the impression that there was a struggle between Darlie and the intruder.
There is no forensic evidence that matches Darlie's original story. Cron told Lt.
Jack said that if there is a struggle, it is the smallest, and if there is an intruder there, he cannot find any evidence that he is in the house.
He said there was no clear evidence that someone had gone out of the garage as Darlie said. Author Note -
Out of respect for the victims and their families, no photos of the bodies will be shown here.
The day after the murder in the hospital, blood evidence was once again interviewed by detectives.
Her story is now more detailed and different from her original one.
"When my son Damon was pulling my pajamas, I woke up and heard him say 'Mom Mama '.
I opened my eyes and felt that a man had come down from me.
I got up and chased him.
When I turned on the light in the kitchen, I saw him open his hand and let the knife fall on the floor.
Then he ran out through the garage.
I walked over and picked up the knife.
I shouldn't have picked it up.
I may have covered up my fingerprints.
I shouldn't have picked it up.
I took a look and saw that my two children were covered in blood.
It wasn't until I saw myself in the mirror that I realized my throat was cut off.
I yelled at my husband.
"Luminol's application in the kitchen area indicates that it is likely that a large amount of blood will be washed onto the drain with a sprayer.
It shows blood from the counter, the cabinet door and the side of the sink.
It also seems to have wiped the sprayer that sprayed the faucet on the blood smear.
The blood found inside the cabinet door proved to be Dali.
The blood found at the splash behind the sink turned out to be a combination of Damon and Devon's blood.
Darlie denies cleaning and even denies being anywhere near the kitchen sink, even though her blood is everywhere around and in front of the kitchen sink. (
Until she testified in court, yes, her story changed again)
This suggests that the so-called intruder stopped to wash his hands and cleaned up the sink, counter, outside the cabinet door, the sprayer, the splash at the back, while being chased by Darlie, erase Darlie's two footprints from the floor.
If so, how did he do it without leaving any damn footprints on the floor in front of the sink, because there was Darlie's blood all over the sink?
The idea is ridiculous and not worth considering.
More about the sink will be discussed later in this article.
Investigators found blood drops on the carpet in front of the sink, suggesting that the bleeding man had been there for some time. (
Identified as Darlie)
As mentioned earlier, Luminol's application on the kitchen floor indicates that there was an attempt to clean up the bloody footprints Darlie faced with the sink.
As Darlie's description of what happened a few days after the murder continues to change, she now says she is fighting the intruder on the sofa, a male, about 6 feet tall and wearing a black T-shirt
Shirt cap and blue jeans, and a big knife on her.
With the various cuts Darlie showed when the police arrived, no obvious blood stains were found on the sofa or pillow, and Darlie's second edition claimed a knife battle.
On the sofa where Darlie claims to have a knife attack, no stab, stab, slash, or shed blood was found.
This "revised" version is a few minutes after her first story has changed and before the intruder ran into the garage, she just fought with the intruder in the kitchen.
Found the bloody handprint of Damon's first stab on the carpet, and found the second handprint on the sofa (
Originally erased.
Found by Luminol test)
Shows he's moved.
His blood was found on the carpet, indicating that he found his entrance on his second walk to the emergency service arrival.
The blood found on the wall showed that he was stabbed for the second time by the bleeding man.
Blood drop tests near Damon's body were identified as darlie Mehs.
Blood from the knife on the carpet was found near the body of Devin.
A small blood bank suggests that someone is bleeding there, most likely from the hands or arms.
The collection of blood found at the tip of the knife indicates that the blood has flowed down the knife from the handle.
It turns out that this blood is a combination of Damon and Darlie's blood.
There was a tear on Darlie's right arm and she was right handed.
Darlie told the police that she saw the intruder drop the knife in the glove room and she picked it up and put it on the kitchen island.
She never said that she carried it to the living room, and it was obvious that it was next to Damon's body.
Damon moved a distance from where he was initially stabbed.
His body was almost found near the wall in front of the bathroom.
He seems to be doing his best to get out of the family room and to the stairs.
Maybe to escape Darlie?
Interestingly, two of Darlie's most proud wounds-the face and chest-were not hurt.
Darlie said more than once in the post
Conviction interview in prison "how can I do these things to myself?
My neck was cut from the ear to the ear.
"Almost no, 3-and-a-half tears (9 cm)
Her neck is defined by two doctors (one a surgeon)as superficial.
Like Darlie's supporters and many documentaries, it's not life-threatening (
Including the most recent ABC topic in June 2018: Final Defense)
You will believe it.
Yes, one end of the incision is close to the common artery of the neck, but the common artery of the neck is also very close to the surface.
Her wound did not penetrate the muscles, less than half an inch deep.
Darlie said she had to go to the surgery to remove the necklace embedded in her neck from the blade.
100% is fake.
The cautious surgeon decided to do a small exploratory operation to assess the tear.
This is an inaccurate, or probably a perfect example of intentional manufacturing --
Get information about necklaces and surgeries directly from Darlie support site "fordarlieroutier. org.
Regarding the necklace, the site said dramatically: "She had surgery for two hours and the doctor removed the necklace from her neck wound.
"The fact is that when nurse Jodi Fitts removed the bandage applied by EMS in an ambulance, the necklace fell off her neck before any surgery.
The site says "doctor" is like an entire team of surgeons working hard for her in a race against the clock to save her life.
There's a Doctor, doctor.
Santos, accompanied by a resident (
Training Doctors)
Who is watching?
The site also says she has had surgery for two hours.
According to her medical records, it took 49 minutes to clean, evaluate and close the procedure, which was considered an "outpatient procedure ".
"Darlie's supporters like to say that a" notch "or flat area on the chain" proves "that it saved her life because it prevented the blade from tearing her artery;
Pure speculation
Darlie bought the necklace at a pawnshop.
It's used jewelry.
Who said Nick was not in the chain when he bought it?
There is no evidence.
All the surgeons. Dr, Santos)
What is done is to peek at the wound, wash the wound, and then sew the wound immediately.
He sent her to the ICU just to keep the media from following her.
Dr. Santos testified that, in any other case, he might have discharged her later that morning. The press in-turn, (
At the approval and invitation of the family)
Seized the opportunity to take a photo of Darlie in the ICU bed.
For any patient in the intensive care unit, intravenous injection, placement of oxygen, carbon dioxide maps, heart monitors and pulse oximeters are all standard procedures. . .
No matter how serious the patient is.
So now we have these dramatic pictures of Darlie lying on the bed with all the wires and tubes and she deliberately shows her expression on her face as if she were dying
All of this has a simple procedure and in any other case she will be discharged from the emergency room within a few hours.
Darlie's supporters proudly displayed the photos on their blog and on their website and said, "OMG, look at her, she's almost dead and it's impossible for her to do this to herself.
"Darlie and her defense counsel claim that her bruises, which are mainly concentrated on the lower right arm, are defensive bruises that she repels the intruder.
If so, what is the cause of the bruises?
According to one version of Darlie's 5 different intruder stories, he should have a knife instead of a baseball bat.
Why is there no slash or thorn under her right arm that she uses to defend against?
Why only bruises?
Bruises like this come not just from the person holding your arm, but from hitting something.
If she is striking or self-protecting with her arms, how can she not be cut with a knife?
She found no wounds under both her arms.
Why is her palm or finger not cut off when fighting a man with a knife?
Suggested theories about the cause of bruises include boys kicking with their legs to prevent stab wounds. (
Especially the right arm with a knife)
On the "Liza Show", Juror Rina Way said that the fact that Devon's hip had a knife injury showed that his legs were all kicking Darlie's right arm in the air to avoid stabbing him in the chest.
Another theory is Darlie (
Or with Darin's assistance)
To support her story of fighting the invaders, she created her own bruises. .
Trauma surgeon an emergency room nurse and four ICU nurses testified at trial that when Darlie was under their care until she was discharged from the hospital, the bruises under her right arm must not be there.
As expected, Darlie's supporters claimed that their testimony had been manipulated by the prosecution.
This concludes that a doctor and four nurses at the Baylor University Medical Center were persuaded to risk their career and risk imprisonment for perjury on the witness stand.
After the trial, juror Charlie Sandford publicly said he would vote not guilty if he saw a picture of her bruised arm.
The trial transcript clearly describes Asst.
Toby Shook and instructed the court bailiff to show her big underarm photo (Right arm)
Every juror has bruises.
Did juror Charlie Sandford fall asleep when this picture was shown to them?
During the trial, Dr.
Trauma surgeon Alejandro Santos, who treated Darlie's wounds, was summoned to testify. Asst.
Dr. Toby Shuke.
Photo of the infamous bruises on Santos Darlie's right arm (Shown below)
Her supporters say it proves that she repelled the invaders.
Prosecutor: Okay.
Now you have never seen any evidence of right arm injury during her stayIn the hospital
June 8, 7 or 6; is that right? Dr.
Santos: No, except for the other wounds we talked about earlier, I didn't see any other types of injuries.
Prosecutor: How long does it take to have this bruises on the arm after receiving this blunt wound? Dr.
Santos: I would say 24 to 48 hours prosecutor: will the nurses make a note of this injury if they see it? Dr. Santos: Yes.
It's part of their role to find injuries that we may have missed.
Of course, before we send her home, I hope the nurse will point this out to me or other doctors.
Even Darlie's friend and neighbor Karen Neil, a well-trained registered nurse, testified that she did not see an underarm scratch on her right arm when she visited Darlie in the hospital every day.
She said the only bruises she observed were around the wound at the top of Darlie's arm.
Interestingly, no one saw these mysterious bruises except, of course, before June 10. . . . .
Darlie's family.
Photo of bruises taken on June 10
Darlie was discharged 48 hours later.
This is exactly what the doctor wants.
Santos's expert opinion on bruises within 24 hours48 hours.
June 10 was 48 hours after she was discharged.
This is very suggestive of being helped or self-hurt when she comes home from the hospital before the police photos.
According to Darlie, things will not increase, and an intruder broke in the house and stabbed the sleeping boy with such a great force that several stab wounds almost all the way through Devon's chest.
All these evil acts took place only a few feet away from her, and she could not hear them;
She went on to sleep.
Then, with the element of surprise around him, the intruder attacked her, but for some unknown reason, he completely changed his attack style and executed the slash, not like he did to the children.
Why would he be a big hit on an adult who is better than a child?
Why didn't he put that knife into her chest a few times like he did with two boys?
It makes no sense that he will only cut her where she wakes up, Strikes Back, screams for help, and even survives and becomes a witness who can testify against him.
She claims she fell asleep in the attack too!
Darlie's supporters said it was too painful for her and she erased it from her memory and did not remember it.
The only blood found in the glove Room (
Caused the garage)
Found on the edge of the glove room door and two separate places on the left side of the washing machine;
It belongs to Darlie.
No other blood was found at this point.
There is no blood drop in floors, garage floors, window sills, screens, patios, backyard doors, etc;
No fingerprints, no bloody footprints.
There is a hinge problem with the backyard gate.
Darling tried to temporarily repair the hinge with a wire.
It is difficult to turn on or off because it drags the ground.
When police investigators checked it, it was found to be closed and in place.
SOCKKathy Cruz, author of the book, Dateline Purgatory: Examining cases in which Darlie Routier was sentenced to death ,(
Books that think Darlie is innocent)
Statement: "socks are the most important evidence in the whole case", which is important, but not the most important.
In fact, this may be more valuable evidence for the prosecution than for the defense.
It is speculated that a white sock belonging to Darling was found in an alley 75 yards away, next to a trash can.
It is placed on the ground, flat in a conspicuous way, just as the person who placed it wishes to find it.
It has blood from Damon and Devon, and Darlie's skin cells in the socks.
There is also a hair on it that is considered a deer.
Prosecutors argue that when Darlie stabbed the boy, it was likely to be used as a glove to cover up the fingerprints on the knife.
Darlie's supporters insist that the socks prove that Darlie did not do so because she did not have the time to run there and to make 911 calls in this so-called "time frame.
"They claimed she had no time to put her socks there.
The distance from the Routier house to where the socks are located is 75 yards, which is a round trip of 450 feet and can be completed on a quick walk (Not running)
5 minutes or less
There are 3 houses from here.
Author, I did it myself. I walked a distance and timed it.
It took me 4 minutes and 51 seconds;
I am by no means a world-class athlete.
This so-called "time frame" does not start until the moment Darlie dials 911.
She has been putting on the scene around the world before calling 911, stabbing the boy, walking the socks along the alley, trying to confuse the police and get her attention.
This will explain why there is no her blood on the sock, and there is no finding her blood anywhere on the route leading to the sock being discovered.
She could have put down her socks and come back, standing in front of the sink and cutting herself, when she realized that Damon was still alive. (
He slid from the sofa to the wall)
She stabbed Damon for the second time and found that she put her blood next to him, put the knife on the kitchen island, then screamed for Darin and called 911.
Investigators and prosecutors at one point considered that Darling might have run the sock to the spot where it was found, making it look like an intruder had dropped it while he ran away. (
So no Darlie's blood was found)
The author did not rule out the strong possibility that Darin woke up to see Darlie scream and see what Darlie did, and decided to help stage the scene (
Including running socks into the alley)
Arrest and prosecution of Darlie.
The two knives used two knives in the crime, one for screen capture and the other for murder weapons.
Both knives belong to Routier and are placed in a knife seat at the top of the kitchen counter.
The defense insisted that the mysterious intruder cut the screen off the window of the garage and entered the house;
Even if the screen frame itself is loose, it is easy to remove.
The only problem is that a jagged edge bread knife found in the knife holder on the Routier kitchen counter was found in the analysis, with fiberglass rod fiber on the blade and matching with the fiber to make up the screen.
This means that the intruder mysteriously entered the house, took the knife and cut the screen, went back outside, cut the screen, and came in from the window?
When he came in, he also politely put the knife back into the block.
Kathy Cruz, author of Darlie Routier's defense team and Dateline Purgatory: reviewing the case in which Darlie Routier was sentenced to death, it has been stated that the fiber on the knife may come from the fingerprint brush of the evidence technician.
This proved to be incorrect through microscopic and chemical analysis.
The screen fiber is larger than the fingerprint brush fiber, and the screen fiber on the knife contains black rubber and asbestos.
The fingerprint brush fiber does not contain asbestos.
Darlie Kee, Darlie's mother said in later years that it was impossible for the jagged knife to cut the screen due to its rounded tip.
However, the knife that successfully cut the screen was copied in the crime lab.
The knife used to stab the boy was also taken from the Routier knife holder.
Darlie twice brought the matter to police 911 dispatcher, Doris Trammell, twice to police officer Waddell and Detective Patterson, and four times to hospital staff, she wished that she had not picked up the knife from the floor, and she claimed that the intruder had fallen off when she had driven him out of the house.
It's like she's trying to prove why she found her fingerprints and blood on it.
Police dispatcher Trammell said she thought it was strange that a child who had just been murdered would clearly mention how their fingerprints appeared on a murder weapon in the original 911 call for help
In a version of Darlie's about the intruder leaving the house, she claimed that when she drove the intruder out of the house, she saw him drop the knife on the floor in the glove room.
A forensic test was conducted on the knife to replicate what Darlie claims.
The knife dipped into animal blood, dropped from the waist on the floor of the House's utility room while walking, and then ran again as Darlie described.
Each time it is rebuilt, when dropped, a certain amount of blood will shoot to the side of the blade.
No splash marks or knife marks were found on the floor of the utility room.
As mentioned earlier, a knife mark was found near the body of Devon, but from the blood stains around it and no splash marks, it seems to be placed there, not there.
When the police arrived, Darlie showed them where she put it on the counter.
Darlie's chief defense lawyer, Doug Mulder, is very clear that he will encounter difficulties in explaining the evidence of the knife.
After being sentenced to jail, Mudd later said in an interview, "I have been worried about the knife. My biggest problem is the knife.
"If there is no other evidence, this is the only physical evidence of her conviction.
The analysis shows that Darlie has his own blood on her pajamas, as well as the so-called "shedding" blood drops.
This means that blood drops fall off the object in motion, just like a knife in the stabbing motion.
The operation was also successfully replicated in the lab, with one wearing a white t-
The shirt uses the actual evidence knife to mimic the stabbing action with blood on the blade. Several cast-
Devin blood was found on the front and right shoulder of Dario's pajamas. (
Remember, she's right handed)
Besides, several actors
Damon's pajamas found Damon's blood on the back, as expected, if the knife was swung to her head in the stab.
Darlie's supporters like to say that because the shirt is stuffed into a paper bag, there is no evidence of blood drops on the Pajamas (It's not)
With other clothes.
Those who claim to be "experts" in blood then went on to say that any blood on the pajamas could simply be transferred from one part of the shirt to the other.
It turns out that there are five specific stains on Dali's pajamas that are not caused by immersion or transfer.
On the way to the hospital, the medical staff cut off her shirt and leveled it.
Forensic inspectors found two separate stains on the upper right front shoulder of the pajamas, marked with TB2 and tb, and hinted at falling off.
B2 is a blood mix between Devon and Darlie, and TB2 is a blood mix between Damon and Darlie.
The striking feature of these two special stains is that they are not simple drops of water.
The extended length of the blood indicates that the blood moves up from the bottom.
Two other stains were found on the left shoulder of the pajamas shirt labeled LS1 and ls3.
LS1 is a mixture of Damon and Darlie's blood, and LS3 is a mixture of Devon and Darlie's blood.
These stains also suggest actors. off.
LS1 has a downward trajectory.
LS3 has an upward trajectory.
On the right back shoulder of the night dress there is a unique drop marked tb8.
This blood is from Devon.
The stain on Tb8 has a long axis showing the up and down trajectory.
This is very strong evidence that Darlie raised the knife after completing the stab, deposited devon Kumar's blood on the back of her pajamas, and then put her arm down and stabbed again.
Of all the stains on Darlie's night dress, TB8 is the key evidence that plays an important role in her crime.
On June 18, 1996, police Detective Rowlett asked Darlie to come to the police station again to ask other questions.
Later that night, she was arrested and charged with two murder charges.
She was immediately held at the Justice Center in lustarette for prosecution.

The following press release: On the morning of Thursday, June 6, 1996, investigations began on the murders of Damon and Devon Routier.
In this very intensive investigation, a major incident has now occurred, about 10: 20. m.
This evening, investigators at the Rowlett police station arrested Darlie Routier (
White female 26 years old). Mrs.
Routier was charged with two counts of murder for his son, Damon, who was stabbed to death (age 5)and Devon (age 6)
The arrest was the result of the Rowlett police station's most intimate and detailed investigation ever.
Darlie Routier was booked at Rowlett City prison and summoned by City Court Judge Owen Lokken.
Judge Loken ordered.
Routier, who has no bond, holds it. Mrs.
Routier was then transferred to the Justice Center of Lew Sterret.
Apart from saying that we believe that the white male suspect described by Darlie Routier who attacked her and killed her child never existed, I cannot comment on the details of this investigation.
We also believe that the wound on Darlie Routier was caused by himself. inflicted.
As for the father Darin Routier, we do not think at this point that he was involved or involved in the murder.
On June 28, a Dallas County grand jury formally indicted Darlie Routier on two murder charges.
Judge Mark Toller, who presided over the trial, issued a restraining order prohibiting the defense, prosecution, potential witnesses and immediate family members of Dari from discussing the case with the media.
Darlie, Darin and her mother Darlie Kee both violated this.
She was asked to bail $1 million.
About 3 weeks later, upon the return of the forensic examination of the evidence, the district attorney's office announced that they would seek the death penalty, and given the risk of Darlie escaping, Judge Tolle withdrew her bail.
The two-month jury election began on October 16, 1996 in kelleville, Texas, after Judge Toller approved a request for a venue change.
The defense and prosecution interviewed 165 potential jurors.
On November 14, the court announced that the selection of the jury had been completed, consisting of seven women and five men.
Judge Toller announced that the trial will begin at 9: 00 a. m. on Monday, January 6, 1997.
The first witness was called for the state.
Joanne McLean, from the medical examination office, testified that the defensive wound on Devon showed that he had fought with the attacker and that the wound was essentially barbaric.
The first wound passes through the left chest, the left pulmonary artery, and the pulmonary valve.
The second stab went down through the left center of the chest to enter the liver.
3rd, 4 stab wounds to the shoulders and legs.
She reported other wounds on her body. Dr.
Townsend-Janice
Parchman testified that the wound on the neck surface of Darlie Routier appeared to be caused by himself
Caused by slow hesitation.
However, the deep wounds on the boy's body indicate that the attack on them is quick and deliberate and is definitely personal.
The final witness of the prosecution, special agent Al Brantley from the violent crime analysis center of the fbi, virginia Quantico, testified in his conclusion that, he did not find any indication of the existence of the intruder, the whole scene has been staged, the victim knew their attacker, the attack was in a kind of extreme anger.
Brantley said the attack on the children was aimed at individuals.
He stressed that the killer focuses on their chest, almost as much as in the pursuit of their heart.
This shows extreme anger at them.
In nearly one month's trial, 36 witnesses testified to the prosecution, including police, carers, nurses, doctors, forensic experts, criminal investigators, neighbors, friends and local businessmen who are familiar with Darlie Routier.
Various witnesses, including Darlie himself, testified to the defense.
Prior to the sentencing phase and the attorney's summary, other friends, family members, neighbors and acquaintances testified about Darlie's character.
After the jury retired in February 1, 1997 for deliberation, 8 of the 12 jurors were immediately prepared to vote guilty, while the other 4 were less convinced.
A few hours later. the same day)after re-
After reviewing some evidence, all 12 jurors found Darlie Routier guilty of murder (1st degree)
Her son, Damon Routier(
She was tried for murdering him)
Darlie must have felt her guilty verdict.
The moment the juror entered the court to make her judgment, she began to cry. .
She was told to stand up, but when Mark Toller, a district court judge, read the verdict of guilt, she only looked up at the ceiling and wiped her cheeks with her hand.
Her husband Darling leans forward in the gallery's seat, and as Dali's mother, Dali key, sits on a stone, she begins to cryfaced.
Darlie's sister, Danelle, suddenly shouted, "they're all lying," Greg Davis (
Chief prosecutor)is the killer.
Judge Toller quickly knocked down his mallet in a row and shouted, "order ".
At the sentencing stage of the trial, Darlie Routier was sentenced to death.
"DARLIE supporters", also known as the "DARLIE cult", no one is willing to believe that the mother will murder her child.
Especially a young and beautiful mother, she looks like a careful mother outside, she doesn't want anything but the best for her child.
Jurors interviewed after the verdict said they were thoughtful and wanted to find something to prove her innocence but could not find it.
Darlie Routier denies her guilt.
When she was interviewed, she knew clearly how and when to cry, open the heart, pull the mood and people would eat it.
They looked at the interviews and said, "it's impossible for her to do that.
"These people turn a blind eye to the evidence of the conviction, or just say that the handling of the crime scene has been contaminated and messed up.
As mentioned earlier in this article, whenever a trial ruling does not proceed in the way someone wishes, they automatically say that the system has failed.
Darlie has a unique ability to convince people that she is innocent.
Every reporter interviewed by Darlie in prison either believes she is guilty or they are hesitant.
Darlie will open up charm and tears, with the voice of her little girl, "I am the real victim here," and almost everyone who meets with her believes she can't possibly murder her son.
The author has always found it interesting that now that she is convicted and sentenced to death, her interviews always include how she did not kill her children and how much she missed them.
In almost every interview she had, she said: "I just want people to see that I am innocent.
Why didn't she say "Hey guys!
There's a child killer outside. why don't you go out and find him?
I want justice for my two children.
"But she never mentioned this again, as in a letter to her friends and family when she was imprisoned during her trial 23 years ago.
Those who believe that Darlie Routier is wrongly found guilty, also known as: "Darlie supporters", do their best to match the evidence with their preconceived conclusion of innocence.
They will make it suitable if it is not appropriate;
Even to the point of absurdity.
Most people in this group cannot make good arguments because they do not know enough about the case.
They recite what they hear and read on YouTube, but that's all;
That's how well they know about the Routier case.
When it comes to discussing the evidence and things of the case in real time, they can't keep up with it, and at the end of the discussion, it usually turns into anger.
Quote Abraham Lincoln: "demonize the opposition if you can't debate these issues.
"If you look at all the websites that include the reader's comments section, you will find that about 90% of Dali supporters are women.
It seems more difficult for women to accept the fact that a mother may do such terrible things to her children, and that a man may do so.
If Darlie Routier was a man and not a woman, the case would become blurred and no one would question the jury's decision.
Ironically, in Texas, 83% of past killings (
Murder of parents)
It was handed over by the mother.
In the past 23 years alone, 29 mothers in Texas have killed 57 children. (
Average about 3 per year)

The supporters of NewsDarlie are divided into two categories.
A group has a second idea of the trial, and the evidence and conversation will express their view of the doubt and provide specific reasons why they feel that way.
This is no problem at all.
They have the right to express their opinions and should give them time and respect to express their opinions.
Groups with fewer other members then consist of fanatic supporters.
This 23-year-old case day night life and breathing.
They are angry and hateful, and they are vicious about anyone who opposes their opinion;
Similar to the militant group of 1970s.
The number of times this author's name is used in the portrait is the number of times the clock ticks in this group.
The author has been on the Internet.
Being followed, insulted, accused of being Darin Routier, publicly discussed, and even more recently, threatening to be physically hurt similar to writer Barbara Davis, until she changed her view of Darlie's guilt.
Some members of this group can be found on the Darlie Routier support hub pages blog, they are reviewers and one is the author.
Most of the authors of the Hub page themselves are more controlled.
One such author and the author discussed the case many times on her HubPage and we all politely agreed not to agree.
When asked to provide a trusted source to back up the statements they have made, most members of this second group hate the fact that they are trying to pass on as facts.
When they can't do it, they show their a * ses with cursing, insults and general networksbullying.
They slander your name on other support sites, make crazy accusations against you, and basically make themselves the recipients of serious defamation lawsuits, the author has been seriously considering the issue with a specific person.
Fortunately, people in this group rarely show a complete lack of self.
Control, be very angry when you disagree, and most likely have the possibility of violence.
Facebook has an organization that calls itself an "extreme Darlie support organization.
"Interestingly, if you look at the members of this group, many of them are also members of the" Jodi Arias support group.
"This statement itself illustrates the problem.
Dali supporters like to guide people to the 1999 CBS 20/20 special, hosted by host Sylvia Chase 18 years ago.
They took juror Charlie Sandford as the main character, saying that he was incorrect in the guilty verdict;
However, he later withdrew that opinion. (
Discussed later in this blog)
Sylvia Chase says there has never been a complete video of stupid ropes given to the defense, including a memorial service before spraying stupid ropes.
Her statement is completely untrue.
Doug Mulder, Darlie's chief defense lawyer, even said that they did receive the entire video and decided not to present it to the jury for unknown reasons, there is also no objection to the part of the memorial service that the prosecution did not show to the jury.
Supporters of Darlie claim that both the police and the prosecution have intimidated and coerced witnesses, that forensic procedures and evidence at the crime scene have been mishandled, that investigators have destroyed and even covered up evidence of mysterious intruders, they forced hospital staff to change their testimony and even said that the crime scene photos displayed in court were manipulated. (
Do they have Photoshop at the time? )
They said that the judge had slept during the trial, that certain defense witnesses were not allowed to testify, and that errors in transcripts were the reason for the decision.
They even accused Texas of laws and regulations.
All of this can be found on fordarlieroutier.
Organization and darliefacts. com.
It is difficult for most Darlie's supporters to convince themselves or anyone else that the intruder really entered the house;
They cannot support this argument because there is absolutely no evidence that someone has come in or left the house.
The only argument they have left must be that the district attorney's office and the police deliberately framed Darlie, or Darlie's husband, Darin, who is the only adult in the family who must have done so.
In recent years, from Darin Routier to officer Rowlett, some Darlie supporters have in fact convinced themselves that Darin Routier murdered his son.
They point out that he lied in a written statement and in the testimony of the tribunal;
He seems to have done it in several examples.
Apparently not very familiar with the case, many of Darlie's supporters raised the question as to why the police and the prosecution had not investigated him since the beginning.
Darin Routier from git-go.
As mentioned earlier, prosecutor Greg Davis said Darling was in fact their original prime suspect.
However, although Darin's statement does not make much sense, it is also possible to obtain motivation by charging a $250,000 life insurance, and the forensic evidence on the spot simply does not link him to the actual murder, instead, Darlie was linked to murder.
Supporters concluded that Darin and Darry's mother, Darry Ki, reached some sort of agreement with defense lawyer Doug Mudd, who in turn promised not to pursue Darin.
They advised prosecutors to turn a blind eye to Darling and have to be convicted of the person they had just decided to hang the murder on Darling.
In other words, what Darlie's supporters suggest is that this is
Well planned
Coordinated conspiracy including local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, hospital staff, lawyers, carers, neighbors and colleagues
The workers joined hands to form Darlie Routier.
And, they have never offered any reason why all these different people want to do so and make false certificates themselves.
What is the motivation behind 50 people getting together to lie and frame innocent women?
Who planned such a plot?
Did all these people pay for it?
Are they being intimidated and threatened to lie in court?
We are not here to talk about the Kennedy assassination, Darlie Routier is not a senior government official, and there is no strong organization behind this capable of doing such an act, there is no "magic bullet theory" that can be applied here ".
When taken into account the ludicrous occurrence of such a plot, it would come back to the basic fact of the convicted Darlie Routier case;
Her description of what happened on the night of the murder did not match what was found at the crime scene, and the evidence found at the crime scene handed the murder weapon to her.
Another supporter of his own website (
Gospel of Timothy)
The YouTube video claimed the boys were killed by a Rowlett police officer who thought Damon and Devon were the names of the Demons.
What does Dali's current lawyer say about Dali's supporters?
In an interview with Darlie's current lawyer, Stephen Cooper, he was asked what he thought of Darlie's supporters who contacted his office with the so-called "new theory.
He said he was amused by the cycle lineup of odd characters.
His case has always attracted us.
"It would be very interesting if it didn't take so much time from what I needed to do ---
Study and write an appeal brief.
He explained that this would only interfere with his appeal work in the Darlie case in time.
Especially when supporters contact Darlie Routier's family with some strange new theory or so-called "new evidence.
He said: "lawyers and professionals don't go to their clients and say they have keys to the prison unless they can deliver it.
He also said: "Every time someone contacts Darlie's family and claims they have evidence to release her, I have to stop what I'm doing, listen to them and calm them down
Some DARLIE supporters claim that Darin (Or someone else)
Darlie was taken the night of the murder.
This is the perfect filling.
Because of all the loopholes and gaps in their theory about Darlie's innocence, such as the specific details of why she can't remember what happened and how she slept in all the Holocaust.
Most believers in these drug theories believe it is a "date rape" drug.
