On Monday morning, when Ford and Clark officially resigned, the Toronto City Hall office privately expressed about the city audit processFord's Toronto ride in those facing the most serious child care cuts, city notes and relief
However, the news was expected, as city hall officials and Ford advisers had important discussions 48 hours earlier.
Still, Queen's Park retains a major part: the increase in the city's share of the provincial gas tax, which will eventually cost Toronto $100 million a year, dedicated to TTC repairs and maintenance.
To discuss the internal conspiracy, city officials said in the background that the cut could be met because it would affect Toronto's capital budgetterm borrowing.

Another uncertainty at City Hall is whether Ford will try again to cut spending sharply in 2020.
While Toronto may accept funding from the Conservative Party to external auditors, the Conservative Party has made it clear that he will consider affecting the efficiency of vulnerable groups rather than core service cuts.
In a statement, Tory thanked the torotonians, city councillors, city staff and the mayor of Ontario, who, together with him, put pressure on Ford to remove the cuts.
Mayor also thanked Ford.

"In a conversation with premier Ford this morning, I reiterate Toronto's willingness to work with them to continually seek efficiency for us every year, stating: "Our focus remains on how to achieve these goals without compromising the core services that residents expect. ".
"I hope that this process will be truly collaborative, and we will have time to determine the reasonable amount of efficiency that can be achieved without having to cut down on important services.

"It is clear that the tide of opposition in Ontario and across the political spectrum has created conditions for this reversal," he said . ".
However, it is still unclear whether the province is still committed to next year's cuts, added Cressy.
