A witty bar owner slammed the "keyboard warrior" customers who complained on TripAdvisor about French fries and told them to "go to Bicester ".
Steve carchpol, who caused particularly harsh comments at the King and Queen bar in East Morin, Kent, was angered.
A customer posted under ChristinaMick saying that the atmosphere had "changed a lot" since her previous visit and slammed the table service and lack of edge.
"We sat there and asked if we wanted a drink and after a while we were served, but we felt OK and a little slow! " she fumed.
"My husband only had parsley on his steak plate and then gave him some chips, so now there's only steak, grilled fries and some parsley on the plate.
The unbelieving customer also slammed the shortcomings on both sides and wrote: "No salad is visible, that is, tomatoes, onions, which is the normal mix of steak and chips!
She continued: "The lamb was delicious, but the baked potatoes were scorched.
I ordered a glass of lemonade without ice, made of ice.
"My husband had to go to the bar for a drink after waiting for an age and the drink he ordered was taken to the table but never came.
"We will definitely not go back! Such a shame.
Mr. Catchpole, who recently took over the bar with his wife Kim, responded angrily on TripAdvisor that he would "maintain his reputation" because there was nothing to serve them
