The floor stand totem digital signage is widely used in station, hotel, airport, store, supermarket, bank, office, school, goverment ... etc for advertisng displaying and commerce infomation pesenting.
The package will be fixed by wooden case or pallet to ensure shipment safety, ITATOUCH will keep communicate with our clients to arrange all, including Air shipment(by express or airport) and Ocean shipment
Container loading - the package with pallet and plastic film to avoid damaging, waterproof
Workers are setting safety strips to avoid damage from shocking during shipment.
Air shipment for small order quantity - packed in wooden case and pallet and fastened by stripe to ensure safety
Q: Which accessories would be included for the package of this interactive touch display?
R: the package accessories as below,
1* Power Cable (the international standard, such as: EU, UK, US .. per usser location)
Q: What is the Lead-time?
R: Leadtime: within 10 days for 1~10pcs. around 10~20 days for 20~100pcs.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
R: Usually one year. Certainly, three years also feasible, except the screen panel (since the factory of screen panel just offered one year). we can talk in case by case.

Q: Does it include remote control managment software ?
R: We offer programme with basic features, such as: flash player, split screen, subtitle, log managment, time on/off ... etc.
