Scroll up from the bottom of the screen to activate the access button of Menu Channel, which includes TV System, Android, OPS PC, HDMI 1/2/3, Sources, Display, then users could select the channels accordingly.

This interactive flat panel  equiped with OPS SLOTs on thebackside of the screen.

User could select OPS PC configuration as below:

One key power on/off

Power on / off the touch screen and OPS PC by the remote control system for convenience use.

The package will be settled by wooden case or pallet to ensure the shipment safety,. ITATOUCH will keep communicate with our clients to arrange all, include Air (by express or airport) and Ocean shipment.

Container loading - the package with pallet and plastic flim to prevent damage and water.

Workers are setting the safety strips to avoid shocking damage during shipment.

Air shipment for small order quantity - settle wooden case or pallet with stripe to ensure safety.

R:  Usually it is one year.  Certainly, three years also except the sceen panel (since the factory of screen panel just offered one year). we could talk in case by case.

Q: Does ITATOUCH provide the OS for the interactive touch screen with OPS PC ?

R:  Normally offer the finish device only, certainly we could help to install a tral version (WIN 7 / WIN 10) if needed, since we are the hardware interactive touch screen manufacturer.

Q: Is there extra whiteboard software for this interactive panel?

R: Yes, ITATOUCH could offer the whiteboard software if needed,  or Users could download it from website.
